'19 NC RB Quavaris Crouch (Tennessee signee)

Reporters are just throwing 💩💩 to the wall to see what sticks. If something happens then it was a failure on UT, not them.

I know nothing and I wouldn't put $5 on this being even half right, but I'm guessing Pruitt wanted to find the best fit and wanted to wait until after pretty much everyone that would be available, were.

I don't buy he's been turned down by several. If bet that same 5 he hasn't offered anyone yet to turn him down.

Obviously jmo.
I can see that. I honestly don't think us not have an OC means much right now. As long as we have an S&C coach that's helping our guys put in some real work we will be fine once the hire is made.

I hope he's not being Dooley like and just trying to prove that he's a smarter football mind than everyone else and make a horrible decision.

I agree but I would not call is an all out spread.................I would refer it to a semi spread. But, I do not disagree with you totally.

It’s been a year since I watched a lot of film on their offense (when we hired Pruitt), but I believe they were in the gun 85% or more. But I do think it was a lot of 11 personnel

This OC search reminds me another when we had a nation wide hunt for the best OC in the business and found him right down the hall. Randy Sanders.

He isn't coming here

We don't have a clue who is going to be OC and I don't think this administration has a damn clue either

Total absolute ineptitude
Ineptitude would be an improvement. Our administration would have to lift weights and do leadership reps for a few months to get to ineptitude.

Well it isn't quite the style of offense Pruitt likes to play...Pruitt likes running the ball for 2 or 3 yards while this guy likes throwing it all over the field...His offense can be electrifying while our beloved head coaches offense is predictable and boring...So no...No sarcasm intended...I hope if he does come they let him do what he does best.
I hope CJP isnt going to be one of those micro managers everyone seems to hate so much...

I just looked up Ok St U's four year recruiting rankings. Between 35-46 for the past four years. I like our chances with nhim if we get him.

Getting that kind of success out of that talent goes to show you why Tennessee has targeted Mike Gundy the last two coaching searches. He would have done well at Tennessee, I think.

He comes to Tennessee he controls the entire offense and makes more money... dunno how one passes that up.

The on the other hand,,, had you rather go to OSU and have to play one or two tough games (Mish. or P.S.) or face Bama, Ga. Fla. etc. all the time. (sometimes LSU, T A&M,etc.) This for maybe near the same money as the "tough" job at OSU. Where by the way recruiting would not be nearly as tough as it is at UT. Just a few things to think about.

Those are very good points.

This.. When viewed objectively, OS is a much better fit for Yurcich.. Very talented roster pretty much ready made for his offensive philosophy.
