Vandy lost to Georgia State.

But Tennessee lost to Arkansas because Tennessee played like dogsh!t, not because Arkansas was good. They really weren’t.

Bad games happen. This team can either pick itself up off the mat and show character or it can show the lack therof displayed by so many of our candy a$$ fans who quit at the first sign of trouble.

Arkansas is a few plays away from being undefeated. Not sure I buy that they weren't good.

I’m not talking about their record or their season. I’m saying they weren’t particularly good Saturday night. They lost their starting QB, effectively eliminating their passing game. So we gave them a light box to run down our throats for the winning score. They missed a FG. They shot themselves in the foot inside our 5 yard line. They dropped an open TD. They had a bust on the 2nd to last play leaving Sampson wide open, but Nico didn’t throw it to him. They left Squirrel wide open for a TD earlier, but Nico missed him.

It was just bad football. Tennessee was simply worse.

Their defensive game plan was solid. At least three TDs were left on the field bc they got to Nico about the time the WR was coming open; I’m sure there were more. We made their secondary look all conference bc our Oline was pathetic. Did have several routes were WRs looked confused or just didn’t run a route at all.

Arkansas absolutely did some things really well in that game. They are a solid team that played their best game of the season by far. UT played their worst game of the year by far. And it still came down to the wire.

Okay yea I agree with you on that. They didn't play great, we just played like s**t
