'26 NC TE Kendre Harrison (Oregon commit)

For whatever reason… Tennessee lost the momentum there… It will not be them. I would bet on Oregon, which does not have a very deep tight end room at the time.
He chose to come for the Alabama game and his grandmother died so he missed and in the last few games, he had stuff already set up like Miami during the Kentucky weekend and then Tennessee did not have any recruits at the Mississippi State game.
Just kind of bad luck that the weekend he chose… That happened.

We are not letting him play basketball here, so if that is something he is determined to make happen, it would make sense why he isn’t choosing us. I don’t want to re-litigate the two sport athlete debate, but realistically he isn’t going to do it at Oregon or Miami either, so hopefully people aren’t lying to him to get his commitment.

I do wonder if the inconsistency we’ve shown in our offense the past 2 years impacted him at all.

He can’t.
So he can't recruit or develop players? His OLs have been marginal, at best. The lack of player development is damning. Why is he on the staff?

I'm not a "fire the coaches" type of guy, but I fail to see how we wouldn't benefit from him moving on.

Well he definitely can’t recruit. That’s unassailable and you’re either close enough to it or you’re observant enough to know that.

I haven’t been thrilled with the development at all or coaching this year but at least that can be debated.

Recruiting can’t.

Any chance Heupel moves on from Elarbee?
Not really barring Glen moving on himself.

He's been with Josh for a while. Believe he was the first hire here on the staff. Has always had concessions made to make sure he stays on staff; believe he was assistant HC with him at one stop as well. Heupel though is pretty forward about in season performance; he's competitive as hell and does not like to lose.
