Nice hire for the Golden Eagles. In 2012 Monken directed the 5th most productive offense in college football, some good news for USM to help put last seasons 0-12 nightmare behind them.

I pretty much agree with this list. The biggest change I'd make is move Paul Petrino down. I didn't like that hire at all. Other than that, I agree with everything.

I agree with basically your entire list...Basically, according to you the three best hires were Taggart at South Florida, Bielema at Arkansas, and MacIntyre at Colorado... spot on imo. All three of those are homeruns.

Taggart, with the Big Easy becoming the WAC of the east, will dominate at USF.

If you look at relatively, I'd give Cincinnati a higher grade than a B-. That's a better hire for them than it would have been at a bigger program.
