It's the body of work. One more little mistake could break the camels back. We are running out of hall passes so we have to be careful we don't shad on ourselves.

Ok don't shoot the messenger here. And mods if this isn't the correct spot then feel free to move this.

I just got a text from my best friend, and he said that his girlfriends uncle, who is involved at Arkansas with coaches and whatever, was talking with John L Smith and that he said that Tennessee is about get hit with sanctions for the payment of 21 players.

First time for me hearing anything like this. I realize this is some he-said she-said but its my best friend who goes to Arkansas and is a Tennessee fan. So I'm just passing it along to see if anyone else has heard anything.

I figure it goes right along with the black cloud that's been over our program for the last 7 years or so. I was pretty apathetic when he told me. Lets hope it's not true. But now that comment Bray made seems to have some weight to it.

Oh and he also confirmed that Arkansas has no chance at Gruden. But we all knew that already. Lol

Why are you quoting BS from other fanbases? What the funk would they know? The NCAA is going to leak that kind of info to other programs? :loco:

Ok? Well my friend is a Tennessee fan who goes to Arkansas. So he's not trying to BS me. Although he may have been BS'd. He just told me that the biggest offenders were Patterson and Bray.

And idk if you have twitter but I've seen players such as Bonner and Peterson tweet back and forth "Man need some cash" and then Peterson tweet at Bonner "Why we just got our checks?" - that's suspicious to me and probably something that shouldn't be tweeted.

He didn't say the NCAA leaked it to them, but that his gf's uncle had talked to John L about it himself. I'm not trying to be the bearer of bad news. Just sharing what I heard. Hopefully there is nothing to it.
