This really doesn't take a whole lot of genius to break down.

Alabama is a one dimensional football team and Georgia's defense looks to be too good to be one dimensional. So, either Alabama has to find a way to throw the ball or Alabama's o-line needs to dominate the line so thoroughly that they fact they can't throw it doesn't matter.

I believe a score and an adrenaline rush and Alabama can win this thing. But, they ain't going to win it with a dude who makes Blake Bortles look like Peyton Manning

The defense has been the only thing keeping this game close. UGA didn’t score a toichdown Until the last few seconds of the half.

It’s Bama’s offense that is killing this game. Too many dropped passes, incomplete passes and 3 and outs.

I didn’t say he sucks, said his defense does TONIGHT. They’re getting dominated by Georgia, that can’t be denied. Can’t get off the field.

No attempt at a “hot take”, whatever that is. Just a simple observation. Alabama’s defense is normally dominant, like they were vs Clemson. But in the first half, they’re getting man handled by Georgia, plain and simple. Not sure why all the pushback here. UGA on pace for 100 offensive plays and 450+ yards, 30 first downs....this isn’t hard to recognize here.

As for the game... Bama s offense is not doing a thing to help. Their special teams had been, dare I say it, bad.

The defense was getting worn down. Credit ugas offensive line and running game. Michel is special. Fromm has been efficient.

For bama to win they're going to have to do something on offense to possess the football, and stop making mistakes in special teams. They're defense is keeping then in it.

Yes, seriously. 223 yards, 16 first downs, nearly 20 minutes of possession for Georgia in the first half, 6-11 3rd down conversions. Chris Fowler just said it on the broadcast.....”Georgia has dominated Alabama’s defense in the first half”.

Saban should have just moved Hurts to RB.

That’s the only thing he’s good at.

He sucks as a passer.
