NCAA tells Auburn "We aren't finished with you yet."

Didn't they recently have like 800 some odd players come out and confess to receiving benefits on that Real Sports show? Or did I just dream it.

Chizik has some balls questioning their process in the face of what we already know.

The amount of arrogance to question the representative of the NCAA, in front of your colleagues, is absolutely unbelievable.

Dooley said the investigation is killing recruiting.

He did say that before this whole Chizik/NCAA rep fiasco at the meeting.

Per AL.com, Chizik & Roe Lach's back-and-forth came after Derek Dooley said lengthy NCAA probes are "killing recruiting"

In reality, it doesn't appear to have hurt Auburn's recruiting.

Bullshiz dynamics of AU situation are confusing. The AA essentially clearing Newton to play led many to believe that AU was cleared. I give you this thread as evidence. AA could not have done it any worse, unless they were solely salvaging a title game, which they were.

Also, JC Shurburtt says this.

I agree with Dooley on that. If the NCAA can't prove it, move on and let the schools continue. Obviously they can't prove anything with AU.

On Auburn- I think the NCAA in general needs to do a better job of keeping the schools in the loop on these things.

IMO, I think they can prove something. Ignorant tweet by Shurburtt.

Also, I don't believe Chizik really thought they were through.

Just like they did with the Sugar Bowl.
