What’s the difference really?
Vols still have some hope because it's in a much better area and closer to talent than Nebraska. That's the main difference. You could still see the Vols get top talent, Nebraska not so much. So a small amount of hope vs no hope basically. Vols just need a good coach. Nebraska could get a good coach and still be in a **** situation.

I had a terrible dream in which all 3 of our QB's got injured against Bowling Green, and out of nowhere JG comes running out of the tunnel to lead the Vols to a loss.Well he's definitely faster than JG..
I don't believe anyone is going to success at the Fighting CornstalksPretty amazing to think he was the can’t miss up and comer just a little over 3 years ago
Nebraska REALLY hurt their program by moving to the B1G. They left the XII when it was still a strong conference, severed their ties with historical rivalries, and lost influence in their best recruiting grounds of Texas & Oklahoma. No one cares about Nebraska in the B1G.
Personally, if they wanted to rejuvenate their program, I think they should try and make a move to the SEC. I’d trade Mizzou for them, haha. But, such a move would reunite them with some old conference foes of Texas, OU, TAMU, and Mizzou. They would gain the advantage of selling SEC football to recruits and crawl their way out of irrelevancy. While it won’t necessarily help them pull the top players again, it would assist in bringing-in more of those high mid-tier guys in their sphere of influence.
Oh no, the sheer terror of JG coming back to play for us. Disaster.I had a terrible dream in which all 3 of our QB's got injured against Bowling Green, and out of nowhere JG comes running out of the tunnel to lead the Vols to a loss.
