Needing prayers.

Here's my issue. Her policy allows her to get a rental at same category or above. We paid slightly more for that rider to our policy. It's like a steakhouse. If I pay for a 14 ounce ribeye, I dont wanna get a 6 ounce sirloin. If I'm paying the price for a full sized with my policy, I dont want to receive a compact car.

That and they are already saying they won't cover the airbag repairs since they were under voluntary recall.
Deal with the agent in person calling gets you nowhere

Hey y’all, unspoken prayer request for farmersdaughter. 🥰
I’m sad she stopped communicating with me. Was going to visit her when I went to the 2016 floriduh game but there was some crazed dude shooting up the place where she worked so I didn’t get to meet her.

Have you tried emailing her?

My mom had a scan last week and there’s a spot on her thyroid.

Will let y’all know more when we find out what the spot is.
Prayers up. I know it is scary but that is just about the most curable form of cancer there is. Got a 15-year+ survivor cooking me breakfast right now.

Id love to hear about it considering I'm dealing with the hell known as dealing with State Farm.
Ok
The red women had an old BMW convertible. It was very nice but ultimately a 5k car. It was stolen from us and used to run Meth. It had 750k of meth in it when it was “recovered”. They beat the hell out of the guy getting him out of it. His blood was everywhere. The damage the thief did was nothing compared to what the DEA did to it looking for drugs. The DEA returned it to us where it sat in our driveway for 6 months while State Farm used every excuse to not pay they could think of. It was recovered by the DEA before we knew it was stolen. So the police report was after recovery. State Farm said if we loaded the car then it wasn’t stolen. It took us a month and calling a claims rep the spawn of anti-christ to convince them I didn’t know that mother ****er.
We don’t have anything with State Farm any longer. They are in business to take payments, not pay claims

Spouse got Tboned right outside the Baptist hospital complex by an uninsured, impaired driver who ran a traffic light. State Farm is claiming the ambulance ride wasnt necessary due to her proximity to the hospital.

They are claiming her oncologist who wanted to take a look at where she had surgery 6 weeks ago wasnt a necessary expense.

The stitches from the gash on her head, according to State Farm, wasnt caused by the T bone but from her sunglass visor clip.

The airbag deployment isn't covered because they were under voluntary recall by Mercedes and they are unsure if they should have deployed.
