Spouse got Tboned right outside the Baptist hospital complex by an uninsured, impaired driver who ran a traffic light. State Farm is claiming the ambulance ride wasnt necessary due to her proximity to the hospital.

They are claiming her oncologist who wanted to take a look at where she had surgery 6 weeks ago wasnt a necessary expense.

The stitches from the gash on her head, according to State Farm, wasnt caused by the T bone but from her sunglass visor clip.

The airbag deployment isn't covered because they were under voluntary recall by Mercedes and they are unsure if they should have deployed.

He still lives at home. They have sitters. About once every 2 months he gets confused and beyond their control. I can’t let them take him to any sort of hospital because of Covid rules so I seem to be the only one he responds too in this situation and it’s just barely. is what it is. he’s sleeping now.
With any luck there will be a reset in the morning
