Friends of ours, and buisiness owner Slice may know (Armando's Chesterfrost) Lost his wife this weekend. This was a long brutal illness, and heartbreaking. I can't explain just how bad it hurt everyone that knew them, he's a standup guy well loved in the Hixson community, and she was a wonderful woman, and the love of his life. He's heartbroken, and they have a 12 yr old son who is devastated. Not really one for giving names without permission, but if you'd like to say a prayer for them, they could use it. Everyone thought after a transplant she had turned a corner for the better, so this was a shock. His boy and mine could be cousins if not brothers they remind me of each other so much. Really his family was a mirror of my own, so it really hit home for me when I heard. Knowing all they went through.. and this to happen this way is just heartbreaking.... this world/life can be cruel. Reminded me of a song though, that I have found helpful in the past when dealing with loss. Their family is in such pain. I just can't even imagine.

Can't imagine the emotions her parents feel. Gotta be strong for her, but I know they're battling inside. Praying for her, and them.

Hope it goes without saying I shall be offering my heathen Prayer up as well. Not sure I'm exactly the go to guy for prayer, as I am one of the Lord's problem child, but whatever mine are worth, I'll pray for her doctors, and swift healing and recovery. I know I am only still here because of prayer, maybe a tireless guardian angel, and a very patient heavenly father... of that I have zero doubt.

My great uncle was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this week. He lost his wife a couple years ago to breast cancer. He's one of the best people I've ever known. He's a retired preacher in East Tennessee and this world is a much better place with him in it. Any prayers are greatly appreciated as always. His name is Bedford Transou🙏🏻

Good morning all ! Haley takes her medication with breakfast and supper, this morning was dose # 6 . So far no complaints of adverse effects, at dose 14 she will be at a therapeutic level to fight the cancer . Please pray that she will continue to not experience adverse effects and that the medicine will obliterate the cancer ! Thank you for your continued prayers, messages , and support.
