Needing prayers.

Please say a prayer for a friend of mine, John. His wife passed away a couple days ago at the young age of 48. She had been receiving treatments for cancer the past 5 years and was doing really well until 2 weeks ago. She got really sick and they went to Vanderbilt and found a different cancer in her jawbone and a skin cancer spot on her back that they thought was caused by previous chemo treatments. She had one radiation treatment on her jaw and the next week passed away. They have 2 boys and it has hit them and John very hard. They've been together the past 32 years, since high school to marriage and now. She was a wonderful person and loved everyone. The boys were always her pride and joy. John told me that knowing he will be with her again one day is the only thing keeping him going. They just built their dream home 6 months ago. It breaks my heart as he told me he was carrying her everywhere around the house the past couple weeks because she was so weak she couldn't get around on her own. Thank you in advance

I'm 46 and the few conversations he and I have had the past month or so has definitely shaken me up. None of us really know what tomorrow will bring, so I've been trying hard to hug my loved ones and tell them how much they mean to me. I should have posted this already. Last Friday night a co-worker went into cardiac arrest and died. He was 45 years old. Wife and two kids. It's been hard on our employees. I've been helping his wife with the life insurance stuff and things that have to be taken care of.

Any prayers are appreciated.

Well she had another TIA event in hospital, so that wasn't good, but now she has been released to a rehab hospital again..... Really worried about her....in that the synergy of issues is just getting worse...but currently in short term she is doing better.
