Friend at work called me to tell me another friend is dead. Idk what happened, and nobody has heard anything about details, just that he's dead. Makes me worry about if it was suicide. Just turned 30, got 2 young kids, and was one of our newest fixers. I'm sure his wife and kids could use a prayer.

Just yeard from another friend at work, and I'm afraid I was right, he killed himself. That sucks so much, I mean he just told me yesterday morning they were going to the beach next week. He was cutting up like normal, but I know he's had some marriage issues, but I didn't know it was that bad, if that's why he did it. Literally makes me sick at my stomach. Makes you start thinking you should've noticed something.

He was probably fine when you talked to him. Bipolar is for real and with covid-19 making it worse and you never know him and his wife something happened and he made the wrong decision. Sorry Joe.

Test result updates. My echocardiogram showed my heart enjection percent was 50%. 50-75 is considered good. The chemical stress test result was mildly positive . Since I still have chest discomfort daily they scheduled a hearth cath for in a few weeks.
