I've just read and heard more than I care to take of people saying they feel sorry for the KY fans. That would be like feeling sorry for Bama fans when they lose a football game.

Personally I never get joy out of injuries. If it takes an injury to win, then to me it's meaningless. But that's not what happened yesterday. UT won fair and square.

I'm in agreement with that. I'll never forget going to see Lofton and the Vols play at Freedom Hall in 2004-05 when Crump was injured very early. Or Justin Hunter at the Swamp in 2011. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was at a game that was ruined by an opponent's major injury. I was at the game last year when Lattimore was injured, but they still held on to beat us.

But, yeah, injuries to the best players can ruin the game.

Sounds a little contradicting imo. But I understand.

Basically, I don't feel sorry for KY actually having to watch a team that might not even make the tourney now, when it's just a brief break from killing everyone.

And, on that note, I think the Committee should evaluate KY's entire season. If they end up with a resume that would barely be enough to get in, but is enough, then they should not be left out because someone is hurt. It should not be taken away from the other players like that.

Which is why I said "At the time." LBSU is not having the season they expected. FSU either, and at the time win there was a goos win. Especially when UNC began the conference schedule 0-2. Still games left, so we shall see.

FSU lost their first game of the season to South Alabama, had already lost to Auburn and Mercer, and had gotten destroyed by Florida--to say nothing of what has happened since the UNC game. They were never a good win. The only reason it was a big game for UNC fans was because of how FSU ran them out of the building last year.

There is no way in hell that Carolina is going to jump from the NIT to #1, I don't care who they get.

I missed the part where UNC's suckitude made FSU a good team.
