my niece had my dad make her this little "clubhouse" out of this box. It's where her and the dog hangout. We came downstairs to find little bit had fell asleep in it last night.

my parents have some cool older stuff. This is a carbide light, used to be what a coal miner used for light. It was my grandpa's

These are 2 coffee cups i made in school. The date is 1984, so I was 9, she keeps them on her vintage shelf

Great! I suspected it wasn't anything like the flu since I haven't been miserable, but just something that needs to work its way on. I'll give it a couple days since it is trending in the better direction.

Probably what I had too. Woke up Christmas Eve and the only real symptoms were sinus pain (left cheekbone and roots of my teeth on left side), runny nose that wouldn't stop, and feeling tired. Lasted for 2 days like that. Woke up the day after Christmas and SOUNDED like I had a head cold, but felt better except for the coughing. Still have a little bit of head cold stuff going on, but nothing like it was.

I’m a big proponent of going to the doctor when getting sick after spending four months in the hospital and almost dying because I didn’t.

@joevol33 this is the Bench I did chest today flat 4 reps of 10 incline 4 reps of 10 butterfly with dumbells and flat bench 4 reps 10 with dumbell and incline the same with dumbell and I did some back I am sore.

You can set the arms up and if you can't push the bar up they will catch it so you can bench without a spotter.

My oldest is stationed at Eielson AFB, about 10 miles East of Fairbanks. That view is from his back porch, I believe, and I'm guessing the timeline is between 1:30 and 2:30.
