my point is how do you limit it to just legals? Forcing them to show any ID before being polled is violating their civil rights isn't it?

i will say there are trends among races as far as the music they listen to, the way they drive, the clothes they were... that has little to do with knowing whether or not somebody is illegally here just by looking at them.

What civil rights were violated? If anything, it probably annoyed him that guilty feelings of the past sometimes cause businesses to make decisions not always based on the best candidate.

I have no issue arresting people with probable cause and then making them prove they are here legally... Just have EVERYBODY have to go through that process... Yet, a lot of people on here don't like that idea

I'm still waiting to hear how this law will lead to racial profiling. "Hispanic" isn't a race, it's an ethnicity that encompasses at least three distinct racial types.

They went through the process. They must now pay in to the system. The "freeloaders" are able to side step the process, skip out on the tax part, and receive free healthcare well ahead of Obamacare.
