There are a few nutballs that settle here (some native locals probably include me in that). They either move in for jobs are go to Maryville College. This guy made a reference about him or his whatever-she-was being pulled over by the Blount Co. Sheriff Office. That's what made me think it was him.

Don't have a clue on kicker33 though. Still relatively new to this section fo the board. You're probably are right.

remember what happened last time troops were sent to the AZ border? They were sent without any ammunition, so when a group of heavily armed Mexican drug runners starting firing, our troops had no option but to run.

Hopefully, Gov. Brewer will send heavily armed combat troops this time around, however, I will bet that what ends up down there are a bunch of supply clerks and desk jockeys.

So it's now legal to profile and further have the cops question hispanic-looking people in Arizona for no unprovoked reason other than the cop thinks the person is an illegal alien.

where's probable cause??? And skin color aint enough for any cop to ask any citizen a question about their legality

The rule doesn't allow profiling. Read it and dont act like an idiot like our Commander in Chief. Your point shows your ignorance. If there is a suspicion that i have commited a crime i will be I.D.ed. There may be abuse of the Law however does that mean the law should not be there. With this logic than murder should not be a law because the assailant might look like me and i might be pulled over on my way home from work and be completely Innocent just because of my skin color, age, weight , height,..etc..(profiled to match the killers appearance). What a travesty..huh? .ridiculous..If the law is abused than that is a crime but its also crime to be here ILLEGALLY too , DUH!!!
