This thread needs to be closed now. I heard Dave Fart is blocking donors' efforts to buy out Doolander's contract. That only confirms what I have know about him all along - he is a tree killin teabagging Bammer here to destroy UT from the inside out.

Look at where the Chief is now. I wish people would realize big time college football is about RECRUITING and Lame Kiffin killed the Vols and we are seeing the results of that now.........Its not just about DOOLEY bring Saban it wouldnt change till we get a higher class of recruiting.....plain and simple In the SEC it takes coaching and great athletes.

Was reading on the bottom line the other day on ESPN that Sean Payton was released from him contract with the Saints. Any possibility that Kenny "I love UT" Chesney has arranged from him to come to K Town?

That'll never happen.

He'll stay in the NFL where he earns lots more $$$ and he gets lots more time off and doesn't have to recruit and beg kids to come play for him.

I think he and Loomis will be right back with the Saints next season.

don't buy this at all... Saban won with Mike Shula's recruits.

Dooley is our Mike Shula, said it when he was hired. Looks like a few folks have decided I might be right about the guy this year.


He's a good coach who's the son of a great coach, nice guy, but has no business as a HC in the SEC.

the sooner he's gone the better. never should have been hired.

Not sure if you were including me in that, but just to be clear, since the rumors started I've always said that he wouldn't be UT's coach.

That being said, I've never wanted to eat crow as much as I do with this. Unfortunately, I won't be getting any crow served up to me anytime soon.
