New York City

That’s cute, “former resident,” I live there now and work in that exact area. NYC metro area is 20M and maybe higher now, “city proper” population counts are pretty useless unless you think Jacksonville and El Paso are bigger cities than Atlanta
So you’ve seen your first drive by? Saw mine in less than 24 hours of living there. If we are discussing wimps and all.

One state dumping on another should not be the answer to a federal problem. It gets us nowhere and creates division.
It’s pretty clear at this point that the “sanctuary city “ efforts were an absolute failure but regardless of that, illegals crashing the boarders were not the fault of the people of New York any more that it’s the fault of the people of Florida
So Texas and Florida and the other border states should suck it up while the 'leaders' of those blue states keep saying to continue the open border policy? Nah. They need to feel the pain too. I'd fly a 747 onto Martha's Vineyard full of invasion trash. The runway's way too short for it to take off again with anyone on board either. And since they probably don't have the fueling capability for such an airplane there, they would have to have enough to take off and fly to someplace like KBOS. Again, no passengers.

That will get some attention

You tried to pull the former resident card and realized I can speak to Midtown's safety more than you can, you tried to pull the 8M population card and realized you're using a dumb metric to attempt to correct me, so now we get random tangents and deflections. Good talk lol

Sure, pulled it speaking from experience. Same then as same today….probably worse today with brazen stabbings in broad daylight…in midtown, but you knew that. And yes, city is 8M which is where the crime happened. Not the added on metro that you added in to manipulate your stance. So, I take it you haven’t seen your first drive by. Probably best for you.

Just curious what’s Manhattans population?

And what do the people of New York have to do with the decision making of the federal government? So you’re plan is to bitch and moan about a problem then take it out on people who disagree with you but can’t do anything about it?

How very Democrat of you.

Meanwhile your election that had consequences will yield exactly no difference at the border in 4 years. Sure they may slow the crossings for a short time but they will build fences while doing absolutely nothing to fix the problem.

Let's revisit that in even a year. The people of NY elected leftist state and local governments. THAT is the issue here. Those same state and local governments were the ones telling Texas, too ****ing bad, it's your problem. Until it became theirs. Now they are unhappy. But not unhappy enough.

And if nothing else, the tariffs will hurt the Mexican economy. That will get the socialist's attention and she will stem the tide of invasion before it hits her southern border like they should have done all along. But then again, she is a socialist, so having her people get poorer is of no real concern to her.

wrong, the issue is the wide open borders combined with the closed legal immigration system….. it is beyond impossible for anyone to get through the immigration system …… New York is irrelevant to that problem. And nothing will be resolved in 4 years. It wasn’t last time Trump was in. Obama did nothing. GW did nothing…… and Trump will ultimately do nothing either.

Both sides love having this issue to campaign with.

Daniel Perry verdict any day and UHC CEO gets assassinated on the street. Safe and happy isn’t how those situations would be defined.
Good grief, how tiresome.

A 12 year old just got jumped on the playground at Rockwood Middle......what an unsafe, out of control sh!thole that place must be.

And then there is Sneedville...........
The crime rate in Sneedville is considerably higher than the national average across all communities in America from the largest to the smallest, at 15 crimes per one thousand residents.

What's up with these rural poor TN towns?

That is not a consensus as a number of them are doubling down expressing how they against ICE, deportations, etc. All Abbott and DeSantis have been doing is allowing them to fulfill what they have stated with their polices in assisting immigrants.

The UN is running our show now. Look to Europe for your future.

Where’s that thread at? Believe the kids call this deflection/moving goal post…nice zig zag off topic though.

Oh well he'll, that makes everything just fine.

Why in the world would anyone be moved to start a thread for the sole purpose of making a place look as bad as possible?

I know....do you?

Plus, I have no desire to make Rockwood or Sneedville look bad even though I am aware of their shortcomings.
Only a jealous, bitter, and petty person would feel so moved.

Your deflection doesn’t take away from the fact you claimed NYC is safe. May need to sit it out moving forward. I enjoy watching you deflect, two post and you can’t defend your stance any longer.

Seems like a win/win to me.
