You’re trying to place the burden of proof on everyone but yourself. “I can’t prove anything I say so I’ll place the burden on everyone else first”.
No, you just said something you can’t back up and are using copouts like this instead. Burden of proof is a legal term and both sides in the court case, including the person who performed his autopsy, found that he died of a lack of oxygen, either from Penny or from Neely’s condition. That’s proof. If all you have is deflection and speculation then stop wasting timeYou’re trying to place the burden of proof on everyone but yourself. “I can’t prove anything I say so I’ll place the burden on everyone else first”.
Because slandering the living is so much better. If it's your opinion and you're speculating then say that. If I ask for a source and you don't have one then say that. Quoting me to do the "I know you don't want to believe it, but drugs killed him" BS implies there's an actual basis beyond your opinion
Rest assured that I understand how these things work at a level beyond serving on a jury as well
I don't care about changing minds but slandering dead people (often dead black people) with "it was drugs" inaccurately is something I'll likely always push back on
Then what was the level in his system? Because I see both sides saying "the report didn't say" and "it's impossible to tell," so unless you have a source, seems like the above can't be true.

The living can defend themselves. Fully unsurprising that your “just an opinion” has been immediately adopted by C-south as fact, despite clearly knowing nothing about the case. This is why I don’t like when people spread misinformation like thisBecause slandering the living is so much better.
It was drugs.
It wasn’t a chokehold

GOP Rep. Roy: Trump DOJ Should Be Looking into the Civil Rights Abuses Against Daniel Penny
With Daniel Penny's acquittal earlier in the day, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) thinks it is time to investigate the New York prosecutor's office, including Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. | Clipswww.breitbart.com
I haven't seen the toxicology report, but no report is going to show what the "dose" was....just the serum level. Have the reports been made public? It’s not there and the statement you keep citing is something you’re clearly misinterpreting if you think that’s what it says. As far as I can tell, K2 tests don’t even show what the “dose” was
I read an article not long ago about the overdose problem with K2. (NPR I think if you want to look it up)It’s not there and the statement you keep citing is something you’re clearly misinterpreting if you think that’s what it says. As far as I can tell, K2 tests don’t even show what the “dose” was
I traditionally don’t play the “link” game. I like to converse about things. I don’t like wasting my limited fun time on research for other people. Having said that, I’ll try to remember to look it up when I sit down tonight.I tried to look it up, but couldn't find the actual report myself. Admittedly, I didn't try very hard.
I heard one of the blm radicals say there were nine white jurors.I’m curious.
What was the makeup of the jury?
