New York City

How do you know that? There were 2 men restraining him, the other man being a black man. Why were 2 guys restraining a man and your assumption is he wasnt doing anything?

Because every witness statement so far has said he wasn’t doing anything violent and the guy who killed him said he wasn’t being threatened. Why are you assuming the guy choking out a man for 15 minutes is in the right?

Never said he was in the right, "Hard to say without seeing what led up to it".

This isn’t entirely accurate. I’ve seen several witness interviews stating that the man was shouting about not being afraid to go back to prison for life, taking his jacket off, and then screaming he was going to kill/harm the people on the subway. One of the witnesses I watched said everyone was definitely scared, hence why one guy put him in a chokehold and the other two helped hold him down. Why are you trying to twist the perception of the event?

“Trying to twist the perception” would be painting him screaming about food and throwing his jacket on the ground as “violence” lolol. People here complain about wussification and then plant themselves right at the front of the line

Imagine siding with the guy who did this to a homeless man who wasn’t threatening him, per his own statement. This board is a wild place

You again ignore the part where he literally said he was going to kill people. Wonder why lol…

This tweet is also stupid. The witnesses interviewed said the homeless man continued fighting for almost the entire 15 minutes, kicking and thrashing. That’s why 2 more people tried to hold him down as well. 9 seconds lol..

1. Haven’t seen it anywhere but you
2. That’s not a crime
3. That’s a hilariously bad reason for you to justify ending someone’s life

Wonder no longer I guess

Sounds like Kyle has no idea how to put someone in a chokehold but watched some MMA and decided to cosplay it on a homeless person who, again, wasn’t threatening him. Looking forward to the next post jumping to his defense

It’s literally in the witness interviews.
And reading must be difficult for you, as I’ve never justified ending someone’s life in this situation or taken any side. You claimed the homeless guy never threatened anyone, which is false. Multiple witnesses, you know, the people who were actually stuck on the subway with him, have said he was shouting about killing them and they felt threatened/frightened. I called you out on your bullsh**.

Is shouting at people that you’re going to kill them threatening? Yes or no? Let’s see if you can answer a simple question.

Also, I just did a quick google search and clicked on the first article that popped up on the subject which was from the ny post. In the first 20 seconds of reading it says prior to the chokehold “Police previously said he had been threatening other riders and throwing garbage at them.” So the passengers that were actually there said he was making threats, police in ny say there were indeed threats and the man was a known sufferer of mental illness, but random volnation poster nashvol11 says he never threatened anyone. Who to believe… lol

I said there was no indication he was doing anything violent. He wasn’t. About that reading comprehension thing…

Was the guy that came up behind him and killed him being threatened? Let’s see if you can instead of responding with things that don’t make sense

Look at the post you quoted and tell me what in there you’re responding to. You’re aggressively saying a whole bunch of nothing and not even disagreeing with me, good talk though

If someone knows what they are doing you can put someone to sleep in 5 seconds. Clearly this dumbass had no idea how to apply the hold

The guy presented himself as a threat. It is unfortunate he died from being restrained. Considering this man's long history of violent behavior, directly or indirectly, on the subway, maybe this man or men who restrained him had seen him before do this sort of thing? Again, without knowing all details it is hard to come to a good conclusion but there seems to be enough fact from his actions that day that warranted his physical restraint.

You’ve made several posts acting as if all he was doing was screaming about food, then you said you “haven’t seen anyone say he was threatening” except for me. Which is weird because like I said, multiple witnesses interviewed said he was threatening the passengers and they felt scared/threatened. It’s even in the news articles, police confirmed he was shouting threats of violence and was a known sufferer of mental illness. It’s pretty clear that the passengers on the subway felt there was a threat of violence.

Like I guessed, couldn’t answer the question. Let’s try again, is shouting at people that you’re going to kill them threatening? Yes or no?

Dude that put him in the hold is a marine apparently. Not that this would mean he knows what he was doing, but you’d think he has some idea. Who knows, maybe he was just trying to hold the dude down. The witnesses are saying the homeless guy was still thrashing around trying to get up for most of the time.

I didn’t read it but if he’s a marine then he knows how to put on a RNC. There’s clearly more to this.

Long way of saying “you’re right Nash, he wasn’t doing anything violent.” Looking forward to the even longer version coming up
