His video is on other pages now. He filmed himself shooting them. He actually points the gun at them for a few seconds without them even realizing he's there because the reporter is looking at the person she's interviewing and she back to the reporter, and he's behind the cameraman.

What a piece of ****.

Not that attention-seeking crime is a new thing, but it seems to be inevitable that it will only get worse. Social media allows these nutjobs instant access to the entire world in a way that no one could have dreamed of a decade ago.

I'm trying to come up with something I can loath more than someone who decides their life is worthless but, instead of simply offing themselves, has to make a grandstand of murdering innocents first. Not many things leap to mind.

Video was actually very tame compared to the nasty ass Isis videos that have been put out there. If you can watch those then nothing will sicken you. The bad part of it is you're literally watching the last seconds of that persons life as they have no idea it's coming. It's haunting to see her standing there smiling.

You may be right on that. I just know the report I was hearing mentioned ABC mentioned in the sentence when they were talking about him sending a 23 page letter. I'm willing to bet, though, that there will be no writing awards given to him, even having not read it myself.

The fact that he GoPro'd the event is disturbing. I don't know how they didn't notice him prior to. Especially the interviewee, when he pointed the gun the first time.

if they had lighting (which is possible because it was early), then it can be a little blinding sometimes

I was interviewed once, and I was basically in a trance. Focusing on what I was going to say from nerves.
