I'd say that part was a coincidence. But he clearly found out that she had gotten a new job and that she was leaving town, so it was going to be his last chance to do what he did.

Looking thru McKesson's feed, it looks like he posted that when he was still following the mistaken early reports that the shooter was white. As soon as it turns out he's black, now his race has nothing to do with it.

I can't stand people who paint with a broad brush, no matter whose race they're painting.
