Don't underestimate Christian Harris. I'm with you though, I'll take all the borderline psychopathic LBs we can get.

You don't get AL and Leonard on the same team but once a decade...........were due !
I went to a camp when LL was at UT and that dude was freakin scary. He had a huge scar across his chest and googly eyes....those crazy eyes, were all afraid of.
Would be nice to find those guys again...........and get them to pass classes.:good!:

I was going to say Marcus Jackson or Couch. For the most part the rest of our commits should be OL/DL/LB so it's a good bet to go with a recruit from one of those 3 positions.

The best part about our team this year are the Frosh.

Recruits should want to play with those guys... they can play the game. That much is obvious.

I agree. Just that mean looking guy to step off of the bus first. A guy who makes teams plan around him and makes them pay.

I know he is already on the team, but I look for Lathers to end up being this guy. He is already crazy. In the next couple years he could be unreal.

He's about 3rd or 4th on our RB board right now. The staff wants to see if they can get Bellamy or Bigelow first.

Can anybody shed any light on how many RB's we are talking to right now and which ones we have a real legit shot at getting?

From the latest article on Bigelow:

"They are a great program," Bigelow said. "I like them a lot. They have a lot to offer. They are in my top five. All the schools are just tagging along and stuck with me. I like he people out there. The players are great and that stadium is ancient. It's been there for a long time. Just a great environment to be in."

"I don't really stress about the playing time," Bigelow said. "You got to work at it to play a lot early and I know what it takes to work. I like that strong bond that is a family atmosphere with the team. I have that at my school. Academics are important and all the schools recruiting me are good in that area."

Don't have any recent quotes from Bellamy, but Paul Fortenberry seems to like where we are at with him:

I will go with legit possibility but will stop short of calling it likely.

Hinshaw has been working this kid hard all fall. In talking amongst ourselves I for one definitely questioned whether they were wasting their time, but we kept hearing that he had some interest. I think b/c Hinshaw has really put in the legwork here that the interest is legit. Impressive to me that he's going to get the kid on campus when it seemed two months ago that they had no shot.

Legit possibility with Bellamy sounds good to me.

Bellamy, Bigelow, Huggins, and Grooms are the main ones I believe. I don't think they're all that interested in Wasonga.

We have a shot at Bellamy or Bigelow but it would be a tough pull.

Bellamy, Bigelow/Huggins, Grooms in that order. I'd say the top3 are longshots, but not out of the question necessarily.

Bellamy, Bigelow, and Grooms. All three are the real deal when it comes to speed/scat backs. If we get one of those, we are really getting some playmaker/game changers in this class. Speed, speed, speed.

This is great. There is alot of excitement around the program right now, moreso than the past 2 years. The win over Memphis and how we played, the commitment we got last night and all the promise our freshmen hold, have really injected some spirit into the program. I hope we win Saturday and things keep looking up for us. We all know we deserve some good things happening to us. As always, it great to be a Tennessee Vol!
