Quentin is most definitely in Nolan’s league. Personal preference at that point. Tarantino is sublime. But I still prefer Nolan. I’ll always prefer realism to abstractionism. Reminds me of those who argue over Monet and Picasso.

I’ve seen every Tarantino and Nolan movie ever made. Tarantino is my 4th favourite director of all time. He isn’t bad. In fact, he’s phenomenal. But he isn’t Nolan. To me.
