Alright, VZ: favourite genre of music (there can be ties), favourite number (ties allowed as well), and favourite animal (genus and species). Go.

Okay, fair enough; I’ll go first:

1.) Tie between Classical, Big Band, Acoustic-Singer/Songwirter, Jazz (NOT slow jazz), and Rap (NOT hip-hop).
2.) 4, 7, 9, 13 (favourite), and 21.
3.) Naja melanoleuca.

I'll play.

Music. All-time favorite is rock from the '60s through midish '70s. Currently, my favorite satellite radio stations are (in no particular order) are '40s, '50s, the self-described old-school R&B station, and the soul station. Really find intriguing the music bridging the swing/big band era of the '40s with the early rock and roll of the '50s.

Number. 8. Nice and symmetrical. Plus, it's my birthday, 8/8.

Animal. Bos taurus. They taste good...

Good to see you friend. Not a bad choice on the animal. They do taste very good. Mine is more from an admiration standpoint. I love snakes. Especially the venomous ones. I get fascinated.

Love the musical taste by the way. Sinatra is my dude. And Jim Morrison too. Those were my years.

How about plants?

Mine? Quercus virginiana. Easily. But I prefer bigger things. Ask me about something smaller.

Rock,3, charcharious carcharidon

Be more specific with rock. That could apply to a number of things. What kind?

3 is a fine one. Nothing to complain about here. As long as it isn’t 6. Disgusting number.

And Great White’s are fine. Give me something more. Why and all that. Plants, maybe? Explain yourself my friend.

I grew up listening to my older brothers music. April Wine, ELO, Almond Brothers hell even Kiss. Hearing Dickie pick that big red Gibson hits me like a nose full of oxy. Steve Miller and Head East were the first albums I ever bought with my own money. A bunch of Kiss albums too. Punk hit me hard in my teens. Folks in my little sh!thole town didn't get it. I still listen to some of it. Black Flag Dead Kennedys Circle Jerks etc. Just as I started to puss out on candyass metal Nirvana happened and snapped me out of it. Still one of the best 3 piece bands ever. Soundgarden is one if not the best band to come out of the whole grunge scene for me. Still am in awe of Chris Cornell's voice dueling with the mind bending Kim Thayil guitar. Jack White is the most impressive and smartest musician I'm listening to of late. That's a snapshot. Left a bunch out. Still reading? The great white captured me with the movie Jaws. Hell I was too scared to sit on the damn toilet! Been fascinated ever since. Miss shark week? Not on your life! Watching a 20 foot great white swimming slowly sends off the raunchiest Kerry King riff in my mind. Plants? Kale and spinach. I eat them. I eat them a lot. They make me feel good. Parsley and coriander too. Now excuse me, I need a shot and a cigarette.

I like all the music you mentioned . I still listen to punk. In addition to the bands you listed, my favorites are Bad Brains, Wire, Television, X and of course Ramones. Post punk, Mission of Burma, Joy Division, PIL, Siouxsie.

My family went to Acapulco when I was 9, soon after seeing Jaws in the theater. I was terrified when my brother would venture away from shore.

Haha yeah I read the whole thing. You know I like to read. Long posts don’t bother me.

When I was in high school (mid 2000’s), I was really into punk rock. Loved Nirvana but also the more recent stuff too. Breaking Benjamin is a good recent one. They might be more hard rock though. Saw them live at Track 29 and they were great. Though, as I got older, my tastes expanded. Not that I still don’t like punk rock, I just listen to everything now.

I like Great Whites. Beautiful animals. Fish are fascinating although I never took Ichthyology in school. I did take Herpetology, among other things. Guess that’s why I’m fascinated with snakes. We used to go on field trips in that class looking for Timber Rattlesnakes. Fun times. Love that chevron pattern on their back. Gorgeous animal.

I eat my fair shar of spinach and kale. Love putting them on sandwiches and burgers. Although nothing beats butter lettuce for that job. What about trees? Or something woody? I took Dendrology and loved that class.

Quercus virginiana huh? Have one in the backyard. Lovely trees except for this time of year when they cover everything in pollen. Wake up every morning and the cars are yellow.

Personally, I'm partial to Acer saccharum. Too much time in the northeast I guess.

I didn’t know anyone else even liked the Ramones besides me, “Rock and Roll High School “

Woody? How bout a weeping willow. I was tripping on acid at a pool party and climbed one and sat there for an hour or so. Got a big one in my backyard. Haven't licked a stamp and climbed it...yet.

I'm sitting in a hotel bar and Elvis just walked by, like nothing was happening. Ima hitm up fo a dilaudid if he comes up in hur. Bet.
