I have two in ZZ14 and two in GG

My son gets the GG tickets..😁

The difference in comfort levels with regard to seating between the upper deck endzones is definitely worth moving for imo.

And legroom is great! No ones knees in your back or yours in others.

The chairbacks don't start until row 11 or 12 so make sure to ask about them. The first rwo or two rows are also charibacks but are at a different price point.

We are in row 3 of ZZ15 and there were four empty chairbacks on the aisle in the first row of ZZ14 this past weekend, so we moved there midway through the first quarter. Loved it - more comfortable, more legroom, and a great sight line. My wife encouraged me to upgrade our seats next year. I told her this morning there is a $950 difference in the annual seat gift. She quickly changed her mind. LOL

I had 2 down there for this season...but made the mistake of confirming with boss lady about the price before i paid for them....we are now about 12 rows above those😁

However, if you can get in the first two rows of the upper deck on the sidelines...those are as good as any seats in the stadium, IMO

Keep seeing where Aggie fans are complaining about Neyland Stadium being run down, walkways are too narrow, seats are too close together and the concessions are not good enough. The way I see it, Neyland Stadium is a football stadium where men play football. We really just want a place where we can get as many Vols fans as possible in one place where they can make a lot of noise and watch football.

Maybe the Aggie fans should take their "yell leaders" and go watch a symphony or an opera somewhere. No wonder they have never won a championship of any significance in their existence.
They're correct, who cares. It's in better shape than that coliseum in Rome. And WWTFA.

I love going to the historic sports venues like Wrigley Field. It has lots of drawbacks compared to the newer facilities. I attended not so long ago when Wrigley first put lights up for night games there. There are seats where you're going to be expected to have Superman's xray vision as you're sitting behind a steel girder, restrooms obviously older vintage, things like that. Neyland has that look and flavor as well even though improvements have occurred through the years. History oozes out of that place and you can almost smell those old hard leather helmets. If fans more especially those from opposing teams cannot appreciate that %$#@ 'em.
Walking the south or east side concourse of the stadium with the cinder block walls, minimal lighting, leaky pipes etc. literally takes me back in time; every time. The first time I walked that side of the stadium as a student, I felt the history around me and thought about how many people have walked these same concourses throughout time, the games/players/coaches/opponents they witnessed in this venue. The TV’s at every concession stand or the myriad of food options are nice but they can’t compensate for history.

Ditto on Wrigley. I despise the Cubs but it was the baseball experience I most looked forward to up to that point in my life and to this day the best baseball experience ever. Walking out of the tunnel to our seats as a 16 yr old, I was mesmerized and transported back in time to something bigger than that days game and my own experience. It was a culmination of 100+ years of MLB.

I’ve always thought the same thing. Our stadium should just be nicer than it is and if you’ve traveled much, you understand that big stadiums like Auburn, Alabama, SC and even UGA in some places are just more comfortable places to watch a game.
I've been to all of them multiple times and they have the same bleacher widths as we do. Just like Neyland they do have nicer seating at a premium.

You may be right, but honestly I don’t buy that at all. Nowhere do the seats feel tighter than Neyland to me.

Haven't been to Neyland in a few years, but it was always interesting the places they would fit a concession stand. Underneath the bleachers, in a nook & cranny, where you have to bend down to the cashier.

Been to SC and basically a high school stadium with 0 atmosphere on a fairground. Only reason it's nicer is because it's newer, smaller and has no character.

Wife said Memorial where Clemson plays was "cute".

Especially in the bleacher sections with the real fans like myself 🤣

Actually brutally uncomfortable with either a foot up your ass or a knee in your back....

I don’t find UGA comfortable.. but I haven’t been since 2006 😂 is it upgraded from feeling like a high school stadium bushes flanking the playing field? Not being smart a.. genuinely asking

Williams-Brice holds about 80,000. Not exactly a high school stadium. Yes, it’s a little sterile and the surroundings are lacking other than the cabooses.

here is the list of renovations coming

It shows this for 2025...does anyone know if this will include the upper part south? That is the area that needs the most help right now I think.
  • Expanded south concourse 1 (increased restrooms, enhanced concessions, wider concourse)

The Aggie complainers are right. Instead of adding another Jumbotron, the university could have widened the bleachers to fit a healthy adult male. The seating is pathetic and there’s no excuse for it when we’re downsizing the capacity.
Hey Adam! Lose some weight, mix in a salad every now and then!

When we go to Kentucky next week, take a close look at the "sky boxes" and Press box. You can still see the wheels on the mobile homes they stuck on top of the stadium for that purpose.

I've had some issues with people being in my seat because of the narrow seats before so, I can relate to that. As far as the narrow walkways, I bet they were too narrow.....i'm sure they couldn't get out of there fast enough.
