Cowboys are lucky, but I don't really like the rule. The spirit of the rule is that you want to protect QBs from getting clubbed to the head. In the end we penalize guys for incidentally touching the facemask. It's overkill. Also, it's an easy to miss call, so it's often carried out unevenly (like we saw last night).
