Nick Stephens
Aaron Douglas
Bryce Brown
Nick Lamaison
Markieth Ambles

need i go on?

I could use you continuing, considering 2 of the 5 you listed never once played a down for UT, one of which never having worn a jersey.

Nick Stephens is the bane of my existence, and there's a significant reason why no coaching staff looked at him and thought he should be the starter.

That's what I don't get. Everyone wanted him, even though he was the worst thing since Ginger Spice

We traded him straight-up for Shaefer. I would make the same trade today, knowing the outcome.

Vols would have made a late season push for Atlanta this year if Stephens had been given a fair shake. JMO.

You have to be kidding. How many professional coach's evaluations does it take for you to believe he sucks?

Apparently Fulmer (with Cutcliffe), Fulmer (with Clawsen), Kiffin, and Dooley didn't offer a broad enough perspective. Thank God he got that second opinion from Tarleton State

I haft to agree, Fulmer put him in out of necessity, and was later removed. That is way too many coaching opinions to confirm he could not get the job done

I'll take Schaeffer. He didn't lose to Wyoming.

You can't firmly plant that loss on The Ginger. The ENTIRE team had quit giving a $hit by that point. Would Schaeffer have beaten Wyoming? Odds aren't good.

I 100% put that loss on the Ginger. Our inept offense put up 7 points. Our stout-ish defense allowed no points. Ginger's 2 INTs led to the 13 points that gave Wyoming the win (1 INT returned to the 4 yard line, the other returned for a TD).
