Nico steps on the "T"

A five star should be a quick learner. I remember being hazed at the Air Force Academy. It is intended to build up and not know you down. Somewhere down the line when you are flying a jet into battle or taking on a #1 ranked team in a hostile environment, you want to be able to remember that day you stepped on tradition and became....one of the leaders, one of the achievers, the mentally toughest man on the field of battle. Be patient Nico and soak it all in. There is a purpose that you might see today....it will mean everything one day soon.

... build esprit de corps from the outset. Embrace, indeed, revere the tradition that you are becoming a part of.

Hope he can win the starting job sometime next season. I love Joe, but don't know if he can ever fix those overthrows.

when I earned my first base wide USAF award and on my way to receive it with my supervisor and his…my Blues were tight, rack perfect, shoes 2 hour spit shined…I was proud.
We’ll my bosses herded me into the bathroom and then the middle of 3 stalls. I started my business…looked down and they were pissing on my shoes 😤 I was ready to scrap but then got a firm finger in my chest and a message that “we’re here to save lives and kill bad guys not win awards”…perhaps the best lesson I learned during my career.

I will never understand why there's a huge power T on the FLOOR of the locker room if you're not supposed to step on it. But I greatly appreciate the humble attitude of our future QB stud coming in and respecting the team rules like that. Can't wait to see this kid ball out!
It's called respect!

Almost every school/university does this... Alabama don't step on the "A"... Georgia don't step on the "G". For example, but alot of schools do this..

As some have said it's just a respect and internal pride in your brand!

Disrespecting that "T" can definitely cause problems in the locker room!!! As the team has apparently learned the hard way...

It confirms to people that "we have rules around here," and all those rules are to be respected and followed.
