The most ironic thing is no-one is Mexico cares about Cinco de Mayo. Also, if wearing an American flag is "offensive" then, well, you can saunter on down south of the border and be happy down there.


No one cares about wearing American flags on any other "cultural identity celebrations" like St. Patrick's Day, Oktoberfest or the Chinese New Year. Causing issues over this is, quite literally, causing a divide and making Mexican assimilation even more difficult. The sense of entitlement is ridiculous in some of these people.
