She is already one of the three best players on the team, I guess we shouldn’t be surprised anymore, but yes she is further along than even most optimists expected. It’s strange, but I believe SC’s two leading scorers this season (Fulwiley and Edwards) will both come off the bench.

We may not go undefeated. There is way too much talent collected at the top with So.Cal, UCLA, Texas, UCONN and Notre Dame. The portal has allowed those teams to grab talent from other schools to mesh with their own. I just want to be the last team standing.

Shocked no one here is talking about Last Tear Poas lawsuit against the NCAA and the fact Kim Mulkey is treating Samiyah Smith as to blame since her and Poa recently broke up again . Smh Mulkey never liked the lesbos so it’s no surprise .

It's going to be fun to see Kim Mulkey have a meltdown when her team is getting drilled by 20 in the 3rd period by the other Kim.

I thought she was suing US Immigration Services and not the NCAA. Haven’t heard anything other than she is still in good standing with LSU and Mulkey unless something else is going on outside of that lawsuit.

I don’t know about placing blame on smith, that seems like a stretch, she played last night. It’s plausible Poa/Smith had an altercation and had internal disciplining too but who knows.

Poa obviously had a nasty breakup with Smith and is handling things away from the team. Why I never liked teammates dating, it’s messy. Either way LSU will be fine with or without Poa, they appear to have legit guard depth this year but I pray things are going well with Poa.

Check the post game presser here you can fast forward til the 11:12 mark for the poa interaction and the very end for Kim’s blindside exaggeration ever more. Samiya Smith was benched first exhibition and Kim gave no reason the same as she didn’t give for poa’s but the camp is starting to talk and the word of the two having a relationship was known but the lawsuit was a “shocker” supposedly smh

How can you already declare that #1 recruit Sarah Strong is not worthy of that ranking? I myself have said I think Joyce Edwards is the best from that class, but Sarah was voted no. 1 by the experts, and until we see different, she holds that spot. Plus, Uconn has mostly top 15 types on their roster. What is it for Uconn, every Final four except one the past 20 something years?

Am I close? Spare us the woe is Uconn BS. As long as Geno is coaching that team they are FF type. He took a team to the FF last year with only 7 healthy players, and he was having to start 3 freshman at times. That dude is the bomb whether we like it or not. Learn to respect greatness when it is forefront. I get many LV fans see him as a threat to CPS’s legacy. Listen, he is right here with Coach Summitt in greatness, she did it first, and he followed and exceeeded. Give the guy his due.

Imo, they should build a Mt. Rushmore for WBB, and I would limit it to two faces, Pat and Geno.

Maybe it's just a personal opinion, but when I see an “adult” writing “lol” I can't help but wonder if it's an adult manqué. As to the basketball comment, Rooster1 has that covered.

ETA- Ever notice how folks using the term generational usually don't bother to define it?
