To be fair, Stanford only beat us by four points in overtime That’s not domination. The refs were HORRIBLE that game.Just one game a lot will change before the end of the season. I remember when Parker and the Lady Vols got dominated by Stanford in a regular season game then dominated Stanford in the National Championship game. Sc will be a big factor still think they have to be considered the favorites in the SEC. Big win for UCLA thought they played really great defense and were very active from start to finish.
She's crying because they were losing. One loss and players are supposed to be transferring out now?Could you imagine Milaysia in the current Lady Vol system? That would be a sight to see... Come on Dawn, keep making her cry...
There will be other resources shortly.I feel like such a dumbass. I had company until just before 6 and couldn't watch the SC-UCLA game live. So after my friend left I quickly turned on the tv and went to the channel. I thought I'd set it up to record and so if I went to the channel it would ask me if I wanted it to "start over" -- and of course I'd click on that and be able to see the game start to fnish.
Only it didn't work that way and what I did instead was turn it to "live" JUST at the moment the game was over and the final score came onto screen.
Dang. I was excited all week for that one and I ruined it in 3 seconds!
They just aren’t surprised, it’s not a big deal when u know u were the better team and just took care of business, time to move on to the next.
I wouldn't be mad about it. We got Talaysia because of lack of playing time and NC State got a good pickup in Saniah Rivers for the same reason. How many minutes did MiLaysia not play again tonight so that senority can play even when they are not producing? She played 3 tonight. It should be a crime to sit such a skilled player 95% of a game like this. She is highly skilled and many would say More so than those playing in front of her, yet it seems Staley is saying wait your turn...She's crying because they were losing. SC looked normal when they don't have dominant post presence or the height advantage.
I’d say there has to be another issue besides seniority.I wouldn't be mad about it. i just think they were that good, the streak meant nothing when it was the refs and injuries that helped that. So I though it would be a blowout for UCLA if the refs didn’t give it to them and being healthy, they are just a stepping stone to where UCLA is trying to go, on to the next. They just exposed them for who they are, thats Why had had them outside the top 5 when we did rankings on here and everyone thought I was crazy, they have a team full of role players, nothing special.Kinda hard to believe it could be true that they'd not be excited about knocking off the #1, undefeated for 40-something games, defending national champions at home with what looks like a record crowd.
There's no way that many people were so utterly bored because they were so certain they were so much better they may as well be playing a D2 team.
It seemed to me that UCLA was playing with a sense of urgency similar to what you'd see in a final four. S. Carolina...not so much.I confess to being surprised, not by SC's loss, but by the thumping. Dawn is a fine coach. Cori, well a little better than average. Both teams are loaded wth talented players. I can't figure out why the beatdown, and it was that for sure.

They normally never have that many fans at home games for women’s basketball, so maybe they just don’t know about other teams or what to expect? They seemed pretty excited while I was watching in the first half at least. I didn’t watch much after halftime.Kinda hard to believe it could be true that they'd not be excited about knocking off the #1, undefeated for 40-something games, defending national champions at home with what looks like a record crowd.
