They have two of them that are making some perfect pinpoint passes and both are dangerous scoring options too. I was also impressed by Mimi Collins passing. She had a pair of sweet assists as well.

I'm not even convinced Dawn is that great. Wouldn't surprise me at all to see South Carolina lose before the Final Four...

Exactly wat I said after watching S.C team. Dawn is just lucky with great players coming around her.

Texas withstood Maryland’s early run and has made this a game. Vic has this team ready. Doesn’t surprise me one bit. Will be interesting to see what happens down the stretch.

Texas playing Maryland so tough. Maryland’s offense is so difficult to contain. Running layups off of your made baskets. Owusu advances the ball perfectly and quickly.

Texas looking real good with the Schaefer hire. He has them playing great at the right time. Their guard play suddenly clicked and hit the next level. They look like MSST 2.0 the last few games. Allen-Taylor went from being a bench warmer to a really fun player to watch. Just hit a huge 3 and she’s a beast defensively. He can get the best out of anybody if they’re willing to try.

I find it inexcusable that Fulmer hired Kellie without even attempting to talk to Vic. You can’t tell me that if he was willing to leave State for Texas that he wouldn’t have also left State for Tennessee.

Vic is such a great coach. Year 1 and his team is already doing so much better than it did under former coach Karen Aston. The TX AD did a great job. Didn't extend Aston's contract so didn't have to pay a buy out. Then spent the money to get the best available women's coach.

Vic wasn't even a longshot. I think it was well established that Vic's long-term goal was to finish his career in Texas. The biggest surprise was that it was in Austin and not College Station.

Plus, I don't think Tennessee was going to hire a man, unless their last name was "Summitt" and the first name was "Tyler". Well, at least that was the plan before.

I don’t think we could have gotten him. Texas was his dream job in his hometown. The writing was on the wall for Aston, was only a matter of time.

She was solid last year, but she's a star this year. She's basically a better version of Angel Reese, which is a scary thought in itself.

They’ll be tough next year with Angel healthy. This is my first time seeing Maryland play this year, I guess I jinxed this high powered offense I tuned in to see.

The 6 seeds in the field have proven to be tough. Getting to S16 is big deal for Texas given the regular season they had.
