They are 22-4, ranked #14 in the country, and have the country's leading scorer in Maddy Siegrist at more than 29 points a game. Last game she scored 50 against Seton Hall. We play them at their place Saturday and we are not looking forward to it.The Nova star has burnt most of its hydrogen, it’s in the final stages of a star death now.

Charting the immediate and long-term future Mizzou women's basketball Will the AD pull the carpet from under Pingeton if they don`t make the NCAA Tournament ? My opinion i think Pingeton will be out if they don`t make the field of 64.

Kinda weird, they have some history of being good in WBB. I’m not saying she is not up to the job btw, she may well be.I doubt it. Folks I know that are MIZzOU fans seem to think she has a job there as long as she wants it. They tell me everyone in COMO loves her and elevating wbb isn’t a big priority for MIZzOU.
Anybody gonna watch any of the games tonight?
The wars within the wars were great. The transcendent players like Parker and Taurasi were compelling…but so much cool stuff for fans to scream about when the whole court was full of great battles. Too, too many to recount. We knew Boo.Sure. I don't think they are mutually exclusive. But come on. Candace taunted the hell out of whoever's shot she blocked. She would make faces and she's been T'd up before. But no, I don't think her doing that makes her "all about me!"
Speaking of Candace and taunting, one of my favorites was one where she was on the receiving end. It was her first game against UConn. She was getting positioned for a rebound and called out, "I got it!". Barb Turner (all 5'9/5'10 of her) yells out, "you ain't got SH1T!" and outworks Parker for the rebound. I doubt Parker took it personally, and I'd wager to say the same is true for players on the receiving end of Reese's taunts. Most of them all know each other.
Wouldn't call Catchings stoic. You could see her passion/energy on her facial expressions. Holdsclaw was a different story. As for Clement...I hate to say it, but she wasn't good enough where she should be doing too much celebrating. If you're gonna be *that woman*, you have to be able to back it up regularly.
I’m going to watch OU/Tech and Baylor/KState. I’ve really enjoyed the Big 12 this season. There have been some really fun games. A few good teams in that league that I think could surprise people in March.
They have all kinda beat up on each other. OSU is a team to watch. Dynamite young coach and she has her team playing tough this season with almost no talent at all. Very scrappy and well coached imo. If you have time you should go watch their game against Tech a week or two ago. It was really a fun one.
Tech is also scrappy and has some talent with Scott and Shavers. They are rough around the edges but fun to watch. Remind me of some of the really good teams from my youth in rural Colorado. Defensive minded and tough.
I’m usually a big pac 12 fan but have found myself watching more Big 12 and Big 10 games this season. Pac has not been as interesting as it usually is. Stanford should win the conference tournament pretty easily. Utah is the second best team in that league but I don’t actually think they are that great. Pili wouldn’t be able to score on any of the SEC teams.
