N. Carolina up 10-9 over Duke early second qtr. Defensive struggle lol

For those of you who wishcast Kara L as our coach, they just said her two assistants run the defense. Lawson concentrates on the O. Which is their weak point and very, very ugly today. Just sayin'

With a team full of high school All-Americans (11 to be exact), it is amazing how low of a scoring team Duke is. Whoever is running that offense has no clue how to put players in a position to be successful offensively. Players don't become high school All-Americans because they can't score.

Dear Lord, the roof got a hole in it. Leaking onto the floor. Mopping it up w an SEC logo mop. Taking awhile. Means our game will be pushed back. And more time for the ongoing canonization of Allayah Boston. She loves making assists!! They actually broke out a Boston highlight in the middle of the A&M/Ole Miss game earlier. Loving, lingering camera shots whenever she's watching a game. So ssssiiiccckkk of it already.

Over to the NC/Duke game. 24-19 NC at halftime.

Methinks you're exaggerating the talent on that roster just a tad...
Go down that roster. I guess there were only 7 that were High School All americans. A couple that were nominated as all americans then add Sheyann Day Wilson who would have been an all American had she been from the United States and it is still pretty dang close. No other teams in the country have that kind of talent other than maybe South Carolina and Connecticut. Bottom line is, with that many players coming in with those kinds of resumes, there is no way Duke should be such a poorly running offensive team.

I agree with you about Duke having just as more talent as anyone other South Carolina and UConn.

Reese is a grad A trash talker, but somehow Diamond Battles may be worse
Double techs during a time out! Didn't seem like that much in Angel's world, but refs absolutely not having it w her at all. The damn game has already gone on long enough wo multiple monitor trips to watch Angel and Diamond carry on for clicks.

Angel's double double streak in a bit of trouble. Out w 4 fouls, 8 mins left 15 pts 6 rebs

This is where picking up those techs hurts them. What if this was a close game?

Honestly it shouldn't matter. The team is more important than the individual stats. I would feel better if I was LSU knowing you have other players besides Reese who can take over a game

Clearly you havent followed those AAs their entire careers. They have all been poor offensively since day one of college ball.

Yeah, Stanford has hit a really rough patch at the worst time, and I definitely think they've lost their 1 seed, and that Maryland will take it.

Our win against LSU tomorrow night will keep them on the 2 line.

They do not have a point guard. Period. And it’s a very obvious problem now.

Stanford loses to UCLA in the Pac-12 semis. Standford's 1 seed is in question. If LSU and Maryland win out, I think they both get 1 seeds.
Utah and Stanford have done everything to try to lose that one seed...

Call me a Debbie downer, but regardless of the outcome of the LSU/TN game, I just can't see anyone getting past SC. I guess stranger things have happened, much like the SEC Championship last year where a few kids get scolding hot but its still not likely.

Maryland will be interesting. The quality wins really stands out over the other competitors for that 1 seed. They are playing their best ball right now.
