Are any other coaches in the SEC on the hot seat after this season? Joni Taylor and Kyra Elzy?
I believe Harper will get another year no matter what happens this season.

I'd be surprised at Joni Taylor. TAM is terrible and has gotten worse, but they're wo their pg. Who I'm sure will have a miracle come back against us. But Joni's only been there a couple of years. I think what might happen to TAM is Janiah Barker transfers.

I don’t think CJT is the hot seat. Also would be very surprised if Barker transferred as she and CJT are very close.

Hmm, they were close ok, like in each other's face during the game Monday night. I know they're all frustrated. Barker has had a really rough go so far in her career.

I think Arkansas needs to consider a change if they want to be a serious competitor. Best thing on Mike Neighbors resume is Kelsey Plum.

He’s a hometown guy and Arkansas is his dream job but they have been pretty ho hum the last few seasons. I actually think they have really good talent on the perimeter and in the post but it’s all lacking development and organization.

I think Coach P has the MIZZOU job until she retires, they have happy with her and clearly its not a priority for MIZZOU.

It’s not a priority here anymore

Well did you think he would come out say no we’re firing her. No AD is going to say anything till time comes at end of season
Well the question came up bc she just got an extension after winning the SEC tournament for the first time since the 80s and the AD said the have faith in her to do well in it again

In other news, Grace Beyer at UHSP set a new NAIA & NCAA women's scoring record of 3874 pts. on Saturday with little fanfare. She has led the nation in scoring the last three seasons...averages 34.5 ppg. She can add to her new record during their upcoming conference tournament.

The old mark of 3855 was held by Miriam Walker-Samuels, who played at Claflin University in the late 80's.

Rickea may work her way up to number one or two. I think a lot of these girls may be coming back to college.

In the case of Brink, Stanford has historically not held scholarships for redshirt years. Carrington and a few others talked about how they were forced to transfer because Tara maintains a full roster year over year. If she wants to use her extra year and loses her roster spot at Stanford, I wonder where she ends up?

Not to rag on CC's accomplishment, but this is so unfair. Coaching wins count, player points do not.

it might not matter in about three years if JU JU stays all four seasons at the rate she is going now she might 4000 points easily. Looks like she might get close to 900 as a freshman.

She will go draft if not back to Stanford would be my guess. Of course anyone would take her if she is so inclined to transfer out.

I meant that if Stanford no longer had a scholarship for her. Tara usually gives out all of her scholarships because of the free Stanford education, and typically doesn't make provisions for redshirts, let alone the COVID year.

Again...sounds like sour grapes...but carry on. I hope you guys beat LSU by 100 points...My sister has a degree from Tennessee and mine is from South Carolina so we support each program equally. She supports the academic side and is not really a huge sports fan. I am the sports fan in the family, so I follow Tennessee for her.
No sour grapes just general hilarity at USCjr’s attempts at purchasing legacy.
