Well, since nobody has brought it up, I’ll mention the Watkins injury from yesterday. She left the game after 7 minutes when she apparently sustained a knee injury which she could not put any weight on. Everyone (Staley and Watkins’ dad) is being optimistic and saying it’s likely a tweak, but I need to see an official medical announcement before believing that. I hope it isn’t serious, but it sure looked bad.

She held the same part of her knee as Rae Burrell did when she was injured her senior year. That didn't look good how the knee inverted on that play.

Players with bad attitudes can kill the culture and morale of an entire team. No matter how good they are, it's not worth it. Let her just jump to a team in Europe, then in a couple of year see if the WNBA wants her. The lvols are on a roll, adding her would be disruptive and cause the coach problems. Stick to the plan.
