I won’t say I’m hoping for a beat down when UConn comes to visit in Feb, but I do. Same for when they visit TBA.

LOL, I saw that response from her. I've been banned twice also, and I admit that she acts like a nun at a catholic high school. There were many times when I wanted to say something, but I didn't want to wait a week to get back on. Her name should be Husky Nun, not Nan. Come back when it is all over, we need good non-UConn opinions, although I don't concur or agree that you will give us a thumping. Not saying it won't happen, but we are due.

I got the lifetime ban this time Storrs…..I feel rewarded. Worth every penny for telling her she was an immature piece of work. I’m actually a fan of their style of play and respect CGA, I don’t apologize for recognizing good BB, and their run is/was historic. No problem here saying that. I believe Uconn is going to need to play almost perfect at SC to stay in this one though. SC’s defense is something diff than the Huskies have seen so far this year.

On the boneyard Husky fans are getting frothed by their recent improvements……against BE squads. Reality hits when they come to CLA. It’s a different game.

If none of you have ever seen a Cpt. Will podcast on SC WBB, this is a good introduction for you. He has been doing it for years and has a unique style. Love him or hate him he brings some good energy to the sport of WBB and is knowledgeable, albeit a bit of a homer so try it out and see what you think.. he is retired military and a great guy. He has access to the team and has good info.

So in Tennessee when it snows we just call it a snow storm. In Louisiana or South Carolina they give the storm a name like a hurricane .😳

Baton Rouge got the biggest snow since the 1800s ( 6 to 8 inches) and had the lowest temperature in history recorded at 7 degrees. I lived in and around Baton Rouge for the first 25 years of my life, and the place was tripping when we had our only two snows during those 25 years at about an inch accumulation each. The kids there are probably thinking it is Mardi Gras. LDOT, with no resources for snow, is probably thinking oh sh__!

Good break for LSU, they were headed into a hornets nest tomorrow night with 18,000 fans in support of the home team and college game day there. will it be enough for them? This will be a war.

Game is now set for 5 PM on Friday Chuck, no way it will be a sellout now, many cannot make the game at that time due to work etc. Plus the hyper atmosphere with game day is lost, it was a smoking bomb that was defused. SC will still win, but an edge was lost in atmosphere and intensity.

Not gonna lie. Super disappointing for a 5pm start on a Friday. College game day is no longer coming. But it is what it is. Gotta get this game out of the way & get ready for Tennessee Sunday.

I'm just a crazy fan but I would have just canceled the damn game. Either let that game have all the hype & build up & tip at 8pm or don't play the shxt at all.

For context IF we would have played at 5pm last year at LSU rather than at 8pm I think we still would have won but it wouldn't have been nearly as difficult as it was.

Tenn vs SC is Monday night @JustaChicken ,will be an exciting game no doubt. I suspect Tenn will bring their A game and have a raucous crowd, could be a tough environment for SC esp if LV’s get out fast. Probably the home hornets nest environment we were hoping for against LSU.

Coop will have extra motivation in this one no doubt. She is closing in on possible AA status, likely imo. I’m happy for her, she was one of the best HS players to come out of SC along with Aja, Fulwiley, Edwards, Mitchell and others. Coop is only a sophomore, she will be AA soon if not this season, but I think she makes it this year, she is a baller, she will be a WNBA player for sure.

No way you cancel this game, it’s likely the marquee matchup of the year in SEC play. It’s also one of the biggest games of the season for WBB, it has to be played. I’m bummed because tomorrow is my Bday and I was so looking fwd to the gameday atmosphere of a packed house and ESPN showcase.

Although the change in game day and time benefits LSU, I don’t believe the home winning streak will be broken, but it just got tighter imo. I have adjusted my game prediction as a result. Why they chose a 5 PM start baffles me, I’m sure it was a TV thing, but horrible for home fans. Most cannot get off work and make it to a 5 PM game on a Friday.

I’ll be there. 68 and counting. The all time SEC regular season win streak is still in place and hopefully growing also.
