i couldn't think of the other young ladies name ... thank you. she was a senior who had starter experience since her sophomore year i believe.

I agree about LSU, and could see us losing big against them.

It’s not being negative to say that, either, so I hope people won’t jump on me for it. It’s just that it’s unreasonable to expect ANY team in the SEC — EVER! — to go undefeated in this league, and LSU presents us with a particularly difficult matchup. Doesn’t mean we can’t win; just seems to me like it shouldn’t surprise anyone if they get us that day.

Finishing the UCONN game now. I see Bueckers has a giant knee brace on. I just don’t see her being available mid-February. At least not for more than 10-15 minutes.

Still maintain she’s going to end up being out this season.

They keep saying Fudd is “on track” but they have given no timeline for her.

The UCONN faithful are riding for their team in the comments on social media. So funny.

Sooooo many excuses.

Idc who they’re missing I’ve been saying since day 1 this season their chemistry was off. In fact, it was possibly even worse when Fudd was available. She was a sour puss on the bench.

They were all saying it was “Momma Es” team which should have sent off alarm bells for literally all of them. Did you not watch her first two seasons? That’s not a leader.

And then to say she was the leader, but watching their games it was obvious Bueckers was. Not a great dynamic.

I think Geno also thought his team got along better than they actually do…

I’m just shocked at how well Caroline Ducharme is playing she was at the end of the bench and now averaging 16 PPG??? Geno had this girl on the bench and in the few minutes geno gave her she looked average. now I’m starting to second guess our bench players let’s play Karoline Striplin for 30 minutes and see how she does maybe she might average 16PPG😂

She might… and we might be losing games. I think Ducharme is obviously talented but if she’s going to be the best player on the floor for you team, you’re not going very far. That’s only due to her not being matured yet, not a knock on her game but she isn’t ready to fully lead a team. And with Westbrook/ONO/Juhasz, she shouldn’t be asked to.

Again, i didn't laugh nor would i laugh at the plight or injuries of a player. Do i feel bad for you? H3!! No you guys have played after player that can be developed it sucks for sure but if done right your coach could put your players in a position where they all step up much like you see the growth in caroline.

Imagine THIS season being in the top 10 despite the losses being the most painful season. Ours is the season where OUR coach announced she would be retiring due to the fact she had Alzheimer's... Knowing whatever game when the buzzer sounded was her last. Period!! So you wanna trade most painful seasons if not why don't you take some of the bite of your post and remember where you are!

Have a good day and hope y'all heal soon despite the continual belief that all volnation is out to get yall. No some of aren't out to get you and in reality we are enjoying our team with chemistry that actually like each other. Hope you at some point can say the same😃

Every team in the top 25 has EARNED their place except UConn. After this week, they should be ranked near 20th if voters get over their bias.

it'll be interesting... but let someone else tell it they swear that we are after them and trying to ignore the fact they have injuries that make us "happy" lol it's quite comical.

Looking at UCONNs schedule going forward. Due to their cancellations their schedule officially looks like it sucks.

They play every third day for the next 6 weeks essentially. With the players they have available at the moment they’re going to be worn TF out.

They’re almost always the most fit team and they are going to need it. Both physically and mentally. Can you imagine that travel schedule?

Our games will be much tougher but we have an extra day between most of them that they don’t. Honestly don’t think they can beat us this season based on depth alone. We can run a legit 9 deep sometimes 10 if Wynn is with it.

Our bench brings defense and energy plus we have so many strong bodies. If they’re only going 6 deep still that is going to be a lot for them to handle. Especially with a freshman like Ducharme and a disappearing center like Ono.

I'm surprised they showed her face. It seemed to me that they showed Bueckers after every UConn score. Sometimes they put the camera on her 3 times within 25 seconds.
