I could see that happening, but Iowa State needs a good showing as does Baylor in the Big 12 tourney. I think the winner is the top two. LSU has a great argument for the next one. Then who are the last two? I could see UConn making it to Spokane or staying in the 8 spot.Yeah I don’t think UConn moves at all in that weak conference they probably will still be a 2 seed in South Carolina bracket

Very interesting reveal this time going to be fun to watch how it plays out.Iowa State could lose some ground, but it will probably be to the advantage of Texas. They are probably the team right now with the best chance of moving into the top 8. If they win the B12, you could have Baylor, Texas, LSU, UConn as the order of #2's (I think Texas is probably right behind UConn right now, since Michigan has lost a few games since the last reveal). Or Iowa State could do enough to stay in the top 8 and Texas breaks in, bumping UConn down to the #3 line. They could very well find themselves stuck with SC if they can't get up to #7.
Louisville seems unlikely. They would have to move up to #5 overall, which I don't see happening unless Baylor screws up at the B12 tournament. Right now, the order of the #2's is Baylor, Iowa State, LSU and UConn. Both LSU and UConn are done, so I don't think UConn can leapfrog them. Maybe Iowa State slips a few notches, but I can't see UConn moving up more than 1 spot.
Why wouldn't it be Stanford or SC? The committee put them in with SC during the last reveal as a #3 seed (#9 overall). Beating up a bunch of 70-pound weaklings in the BEast isn't gonna move them up very high, and none of the #2's have slipped up besides #8 Michigan. They'd have to find a way to get up to #5/#6 overall (or fall to #11/#12 overall) to avoid SC or Stanford, and I just don't see that happening.Maybe NC State…for sure it won’t be Stanford or USC. I would love if it was USC I just don’t see the committee doing it.
I don't think the committee will do anything to undermine anybody and it looks to me to be certain that both LSU and the winner of the trio of Texas, Iowa State, and Baylor will be two seeds ahead of them. Then it comes down is another big 12 selected above them or does UConn move to 7th. It looks totally to me like if UConn is a two seed it will be in Spokane with Stanford or Greensboro with South Carolina. If they drop to the number one three that still seems to push them out of Bridgeport.Maybe NC State…for sure it won’t be Stanford or USC. I would love if it was USC I just don’t see the committee doing it.

LSU and one of the Big 12's look solid to me so they almost certainly come in somewhere after those two at least. I can't see anyway they can come in better than 7th.Why wouldn't it be Stanford or SC? The committee put them in with SC during the last reveal as a #3 seed (#9 overall). If they do it then they will totally be cheating both LSU and a Big 12 school out of their fair and rightful seed. On the final reveal UConn as 9th it would be impossible for them to move up more than two spots considering what has went down in tourneys thus far and what will go down in the Big 12.Due to the focus on money I just can’t see them making UConn the 2 seed in the Greensboro region and leaving Bridgeport bare. Knowing the committee they will find a way to keep UConn in Bridgeport. It would shock me if they moved them and I’d love to be shocked.
There's no logical reason for them to move to Bridgeport based on seedings. The whole 1-8, 2-7, 3-6, 4-5 pairings are locked. What's the point of doing the reveals if they just end up making up their own sh!t? I think that they're going to stick to the path they've laid out thus far, and it's going to make NC State and Louisville very happy indeed.Due to the focus on money I just can’t see them making UConn the 2 seed in the Greensboro region and leaving Bridgeport bare. ANY SEC team is better defensively than any Big East team. I would like to see UCONN's record if they played in the SEC. They would be in the middle of the pack IMO.Besides SC, what SEC team is a tough defensive team? They already beat Tennessee and did that without some of their better players. I could understand more if you said a tough defensive team, regardless of the conference. They may not play a SEC team. Many of those turnovers last night were unforced. It should be a concern. You have high hopes for Tennessee, and they lost to an unranked team in the SEC Conference Tournament. UConn blew out the unranked teams they played in the recent tourney. But you are right, no need to get overly excited about a win over an unranked team except that unranked team beat them earlier.
Middle of the pack with the stacked roster they have now? Unlikely. They'd be #2 behind SC. However, they would have had major issues if they were in the SEC when they were down all of those players.ANY SEC team is better defensively than any Big East team. They have gotten favorite status before we'll see if it happens again. They refused to make up that Butler game because playing it even with a win would've dropped their sos into the high 30'sCreme just released his new bracket and bumped UConn up to #6 overall with their impressive win over Villanova, thus landing them in Bridgeport. That better not be what the committee does.

Gee, that's funny. Because according to the NCAA, the s-curve flexibility is to minimize travel time for the teams. So what you're saying is that it's being done to make it easy for UConn fans to make sure that it's essentially a home game for UConn? It's a shame then that they don't cater to, you know, actual college basketball fans who go to watch games from other teams. And somehow, they wonder why they can't grow the sport. Go figure!UConn being in Bridgeport is primarily an issue for the fans that will travel to see the game. As far as the team is concerned, I don't think it matters to them where and with who they play. Travel is not an issue. They either travel in chartered jets to Spokane or in a bus to Bridgeport. It's about 90 minutes more travel in a luxury jet as compared to a cramped bus. They stay in a luxury hotel with all arrangements made regardless of where they go. If they go all the way, they have to play the best teams regardless of when and where. Disrespect this team if you want, but here is a quote from Geno, "We haven't played UConn basketball for 4 or 5 years. But we are starting to see that in this team." Plus he has 11 to 18 days to see if Paige Bueckers can become a significant factor on the court.
NC State fans would I can guess like to be playing in Greensboro and that can't happen. They will be the number one seed on basically homecourt advantage of the two seed. That really doesn't seem fair to me. Plus I would think the team and Geno care a lot more than you seem to suggest about playing in Bridgeport other than say Spokane or Greensboro. The latter two are the far more difficult draws.UConn being in Bridgeport is primarily an issue for the fans that will travel to see the game. If Creme turns out to be right in his projection you nailed it.
