@Amb3096 why do you focus on UConn. They are not the focus of the seeding. SCAR is the focus. That's why poor NC State doesn't get Greensboro. If NC State would have beaten SCAR, then SCAR would be in Bridgeport. You earn the right play close to home by the regular season. Why does Tennessee get two games on their home court; 1) they earned it. 2) for the fans.Gee, that's funny. Because according to the NCAA, the s-curve flexibility is to minimize travel time for the teams. So what you're saying is that it's being done to make it easy for UConn fans to make sure that it's essentially a home game for UConn? It's a shame then that they don't cater to, you know, actual college basketball fans who go to watch games from other teams. And somehow, they wonder why they can't grow the sport. Go figure!
True true. And we really don't know what the committee will see. Remember they use "The Eye Test" as part of their criteria. All this talk about where to place UConn. If you want to look at matchups to get to the FF, then UConn should want to go to Wichita as a #2. that's the easiest bracket. He is all we have today and of course we need to wait and see how it comes out. Still a lot of basketball to be played in the Big 12

That has been the plan all along lol ...who really thought they would not find a way to put UCONN in Bridgeport from the start ?Creme just released his new bracket and bumped UConn up to #6 overall with their impressive win over Villanova, thus landing them in Bridgeport. That better not be what the committee does.
Yes never put much into those or even the polls. I used to think Creme knew something, but he had several misses on the last reveal. Maybe he got it back together we'll see not really that important still got to play the games. You also have Voeple's 'Power Rankings' which is another joke. Check out some of the guys who at least use an algorithm to factor ranking.
SC won the SEC season championship but lost the SEC tournament. A regular season SEC championship is banner worthy. I'm sure the LV's have hung many.

I am not saying it's being done for the fans. I am saying the fans are the only ones who care about it being Bridgeport. Sure the team would rather play in a friendly environment but actually UConn fans will be heard where ever the game is played.. As for me, I prefer UConn being in Greensboro because I live in South Carolina.
Yes, you've had tremendous defense against a bunch of awful teams. Massey #43 DePaul was your best win, and they aren't picked as a tournament team. Then you have a handful of teams ranked around #60, and then 5 under #120 (3 under #200). I don't think that defense would be as effective against a top 25 caliber team. It's not the offense that is clicking. It's the defense.
