The duo of Jordan Walker and Jasmine Powell can matchup with Tennessee next three opponents @ the PG position in Missouri, UCONN, and LSU.
The deciding factor in terms of matching up to start games will be Puckett and Striplin in the frontcourt with Rickea not in the starting lineup.
Hopefully TN can avoid getting behind and when Rickea comes in either Sara or Striplin are off to a good start.
Hollingshead and Franklin can match up and give TN the advantage with what teams have coming off the bench.
Those young players are going to face the challenge of their lives during this upcoming span of games.
Vol fans said if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.
I hope the youngsters can hold their own!

I love what I’m seeing from TN right now! Especially after watching this LSU vs Arkansas plus the Mississippi State vs South Carolina game earlier this season.
It’s time to let Rickea and Horston dominate. Puckett, Striplin, Hollingshead the youngsters about to grow up.

Only saw part of 3rd quarter thruogh end of the game, but it sure looked like Arkansas got jobbed on LSU's court.

Besides the phantom screen call, there were no-calls on fouls poking ball out of bounds that should have given Ark free throws. But I definitely saw Reese walk twice on one layup and saw another no-call that should have given Reese her fourth foul. She literally threw her shoulder with extreme prejudice into the defender, knocking her several feet away, and then converted another easy layup.

The refs get a lot of credit for this one. Mulkey must keep part of that NIL money for a home cooking slush fund.

Listening to Carolyn Peck announce has become unbearable. She kept gushing over Reese for POY, bizarrely claiming that the level of opponent competition doesn't matter re: producing big numbers. I thought the close escape LSU experienced might slow her down a little, but instead she went on trumpetibg tge win and the "undefeated, 7-0 SEC record, 19-0 best start ever in school history," yada yada as though beating a solid but unranked Arkansas team on LSU's home court were a monumental achievement. Maybe she eventually gave Ark some credit...don't know because I had already turned over to Wagon Train at that point.

Some announcers never seem to learn that you don't have to keep hyping an already-riveting, fantastic game. Just leave off the hyperbole amd call the action.

Reese is physically-gifted but prone to loafing back on defense after a miss or turnover and constantly playing to the cameras...grabbing teammates for on-court chats, taunting, whining, glaring, etc. It's not enough to have the spotlight on her 90% of the game...she wants to be The Show all the time.

Absolutely Agree i was thinking this team really does talk alot like they have done something, i heard a stat at half that i thought was interesting arkansas the first time defended them into 18% on the first shot but they could sustain on the boards, thats atrocious offense and u seen it again tonight if u can stay on the boards with them they will be beat...they dont have someone u can throw it to and say go make a play , its a heeve and go get it, reese does not have a back to the basket game nor does she shoot well she in for a rude awakening against us and south carolina

Reese definitely has a back to the basket game…you are correct on the shooting % part for the team on certain nights. They have basically 2 players working the offensive glass, Williams and Reese…so if the opponent is disciplined and trained properly, they can limit most of the damage done on 2nd attempts. The freshman SG Johnson is a handful, SEC freshman of the year likely.
