I actually don't blame him for calling her out. That was a rude, dismissive comment from Muffet, and she should know better. Would it have been so hard for her to acknowledge and congratulate Asia before expressing her disappointment for her own player? It's not a difficult thing to do.

Are you watching? It looks like Baylor will manage just fine without Wallace. Morris is playing like a seasoned veteran. She's been impressive, especially her ball handling.

Yes and unfortunately, they may look good now but Baylor was the only team I thought that could beat UCONN this year and despite Morris and Landrum, I don’t think they could pull it off without Wallace! :(

What happened to Chou, wasn’t she pretty good last year?

Does Baylor graduate anybody? If not, they are going to be terrifying next year with the class they have coming in!

Chou hurt her wrist. She's been out for awhile. I saw her in the tourt box scores for a minute or twi, but she's on the bench with what looks like a cast iron heavy wrap. Baylor is basically missing their starting backcourt

I still think their guards + twin towers is enough to beat UConn if the bigs don't get in foul trouble. UConn's posts cannot guard them, and they are vicious defenders. Cohen is the x-factor.

Jatarie White is really good. I bet Dawn rues her transfer.

Cohen and Wallace. The freshmen will make up for Cohen, and they have a lot of quality PGs. I think they will be better than UConn. Cox/Brown will have backups.

Baylor up 73-65 with 30 sec to play.

I remember last year when everyone was saying how Joyner Holmes was better than Lauren Cox. Not now. Cox flattened Holmes in this game. She played vicious defense. 13 pts 12 rbs and 7 blocks.

I hate that a technical was called in a 1/2 point game. If that coach isn’t throwing a chair in the court if I’m a ref I walk to the other end as quickly as possible. Mulkey is as demonstrative as any other coach in the country and rarely gets called on it. LOL she was pointing towards and getting into it with Tina Thompson. I am sure Mulkey is smart enough to know she wants no parts of that. If Mulkey thinks she is fiery I know she watched Thompson play lol...

Baylor isn't as good without Wallace but maybe they can make a South Carolina type run after losing a key player before the postseason. They still clearly deserve the last #1 seed over ND IMO....

I think Texas has a great replacement on the bench who is comparible to Morrison in Chassity Patterson she is the truth! She just didn’t get much pt. They also have a dead eye shooter in Littleton who was injured and didn’t play much this year. Don’t forget Baylor’s 6’7” is going out next year and TX is coming in as a freshman. So White/Holmes will have a 6’5” forward who can hit the three and 6’7”. Baylor’s incoming freshman will add a level of athleticism along with Scott-Grayson (who will have to play behind Morris). Only 5 players can play at a time... so it will be interesting to see how this log jams their playing time and how this affects future recruiting.

Kalani is a junior, so they have one more year of her. They should be the heavy favorite to win. UConn will really miss their two graduating seniors. How is Prince? Is she an athletic, mobile 6'7, or just tall?

Yes, so next year she will be going out and the freshman prince will be coming in. She is athletic and has made multiple USA teams. She can dunk and can make blocks galore . So Baylor may get a taste of how people felt with Brittney Griner when they had them. Collier will also make a difference and their high low game will be scary and she has extended her range. You surround them with some people who can shoot or penetrate and dish and people are going to have a problem with Texas.

Here is a highlight reel but you can see she is a 6’7” who actually leaves the floor.
