Norman-Lott

Would be nice to see Heupel stop the post play individual celebrations, this is the SEC, act like you have been there before, at this level, with this program, in this conference, excellent play is expected, not optional, but everybody wants to make an ESPN highlight, but the hardest lick came from the Kentucky linebacker that jarred our tightend's preserves, resulting in a dropped ball in the end zone,
You ever seen a NFL game?

There are multiples of dozens of Norman-Lotts, several on the team, go recruit the rest and toss out this one.

What is wrong with you all???

Have none of you been watching his impact other than the stupid antics? I get that it upsets people, be has been by far our most disruptive DT.
This is his last season. So he was recruited to be replaced anyway!!

What are you all talking about lol. Smh…

Was watching a NBA highlite last night and a guy dunked on somebody and he started to do a weird flex but the ball got inbounded so quick he to quit it mid-flex...**** was hilarious. Maybe the tide will turn back to a time when we didn't have kids needing to signal every first down like they're Michael Irvin.

I cant decide if some of yall just need something to complain about, don’t understand football or are just here to stir up crap however possible.

This defense is at a level we have not seen in decades and yall think we need to be nicer. When we lose a game because of someone's actions, i feel confident that CTB amd CRG are capable of handling the situation...without comment from the peanut gallery
It's the need to complain mixed with the need to never be content. Battered brain syndrome.

It was definitely overboard and it could have cost us against Alabama and Kentucky.

But it didn’t…

Now look at the positive- 13 tackles 2.5 sacks on a heavily rotated D-line.
He’s always pressing the QB. More so than any other DT. He’s a big part of our defense.
But I agree that has to stop, especially considering where we are now in the standings.

Not going to chime in on ONL but I do think in both football and basketball, they should create more space along the sidelines. Some of these guys are running at 20+ mph and diving for the ball.
Agree. If i t hasn't happened already, we will see players seriously injured all the sideline equipment junk, photogs in the way, or a cheerleader get hospital worthy splattered. I cringe each time I see a player run or knocked out of bounds.

What’s the penalty against Vandagriff? Lott was in the orange, out of bounds and didn’t move to initiate contact. He’s watching a player run full speed at him…Vandagriff was 6 feet into the extended white of the sideline. Lott has a right to protect himself…no flag would have been thrown had Vandagriff slide/ran into and taken out Lott. Hands extended and Vandagriff already going down makes it look worse than what it is.
Dude pushed his hands out into Vandergriff. It looked bad on the replay and the perception is that he did it intentionally. That easily could have and probably should have been a penalty. He could have also just stepped to the side by a couple of feet just as easy.

The comments in this thread alone should have banned a few folks of their opinion on ONL but im not a moderator…however ONL is an NFL talent at DT and anybody who knows football will tell you that.

We have bunch Monday QB’s acting like they have never facemasked in their life on the football field and think extending his arms out to lesson a blow of a QB barreling into him as some kind of malicious act is absolutely ridiculous.

I’ve seen ONL throw a 300 pound OL into a QB on the football field and you are going to argue that was “push” on the sideline and it was malicious…gtfo of here. Kentucky boards are calling your name

Or he could have stayed put. Vandagriff didn’t seem to have an issue with it as he got up and trotted away. Funny thing is, no rule says he has to step out of the way as he was out of bounds and nobody here can validate a penalty or a ruling. Soft

This is exactly what I saw and agree. It should have been a penalty. Heard Stoops turned it in to the main office for another look. Doubt late punishment will be applied though. Wonder how Heupel addressed it?

You can burry your head in the sand if you want…anyone that watches the game on a regular basis has seen substantially less than that flagged…and you’re kidding yourself if you think he was protecting himself…it was an attempt to sneak in a cheap shot and could have cost us 15 in a tight game…if he keeps up behavior like that and other stuff I’ve noted it will cost us

We ain’t playing Pickle ball!!

Anyone saying “he was protecting himself” lacks the ability to see anything without orange colored glasses on. You can even see in the replay he lunges himself forward to get more on it. Had that been Nico the same people saying “he had the right to protect himself!” Would be losing their minds and demanding the SEC suspend whoever did it to Nico.
Cry harder
