Interesting that we believe that the US could sabatage a NK missile launch, but the Russian S300/S400 couldn't have done the same with the tomahawks last week.

Their sub would have to be 600 miles off the coast just to hit US soil. Besides, we'd never let them that close. I'm sure there would be an accident.

I read a couple of years ago that NK's subs went dark and we didn't know where they were.... this is in spite of them being the noisy diesel powered type.

I need to look that up, but it wouldn't surprise me if that's what really got the ball rolling.

I believe S400s could definitely take out Tomahawks unless there were additional countermeasures on our part. I don't believe Russia deployed them though.

I wish this were true. But, the truth is they're making progress and now testing ICBM's (purportedly). Our intel predicts they'll have ICBM's + miniturized nukes within 4 years. Missile failures or not.

Nuclear weapons are one thing, miniature nukes are completely different. Very few countries on the planet could successfully produce a miniaturized nuke if they wanted to, the US being the top of the list.

Look up the W54 and W72 warheads.

I don't get it. Either he is a a monster that needs to be taken seriously or his regime is a joke. Either they have the ability and resources to threaten the United States or we mock them for not even being able to get a missile off the launch pad.
