They've already demonstrated they can aim and launch a missile with a payload at various targets with not unreasonable accuracy for the program's age. They do not have to deliver US type "micro-nukes" by artillery. They only have to produce delivery systems for their own nukes that work. They will be fully capable of delivering short range and intermediate range in the near future.
Its fun to make fun of North Korean capabilities, racist though it is. It is foolish to disregard the truth that given time, they will succeed with long range ICBMs. And in the not too distant future.

Pathetic to think Europe or any other industrialized country needs our help. He's America's leader, not the free world's.
It's not about needing our help. It's about being able to count on a friend if things get dicy. The US president has been the leader of the free world since WWII. It should be considered an honor.
