I think it could be a last play cooperative strategy. Of course the Chinese would probably ask us to leave the peninsula altogether, which is what the NK and Chinese want in the first place. If we left, then SK would not want to give them up. Quite a pickle.

That's true in general but it's also true that NK was never going to give up their nukes. That was known from day one of Trumps presidency and anyone that believed otherwise is an idiot. So do you believe Trump or Bolton?

I love how when Trump appointed Bolton the Dems called him a war hawk and a bad choice. Of course that was enough for the Republicans to celebrate the appointment. Now that Bolton turned on Trump, he is some sort of deep state war hawking never trump democrat.

Many (myself included) never liked Bolton. I never understood why Trump picked him. I think Bolton is an evil guy.

An evil guy that knew NK wasn't going to denuke. Trump need to go back over and have another photo taken with Kim to hang in the WH.

Trump tried a different tactic and it didnโ€™t work. We are very limited in options and have been since Clinton gave them the ability to make nukes. Sanctions donโ€™t do anything except punish the people.

Trump is still "punishing" the people with sanctions, threatened "fire and fury" on them, publicized photo ops with their dictator, and announced a couple times they have reached an agreement. That is what he did. what do you think he did? What did the great tactician accomplish besides fooling you?

It's all Clinton's fault is the only expected response from you. Surprised it took you three posts to lay the blame on Clinton.

I understand Bolton's point of view but I just do not agree with it often. He, McCain, Graham, Bush, Cheney, all of the same mold. I tend to agree more with Rand Paul.

I would not call him Evil. He just has a different approach to things and a different perspective than the rest of us. He is a very intelligent man and wants to protect America.

I'll look at the results after he is done. France Climate Accord, Forcing other Nations to pay their share towards NATO and UN, Better Trade Deals, Putting free loading countries on notice,etc.

Good idea. Not much so far and certainly not all that favorable at this point. Trump needs to stop catering to the dictators for sure
