Your first sentence encapsulates your VN story. ATTENTION is what you were lacking when you started posting and this fake draft expert/superior film watcher/and frustrated GM who is more qualified than the ones who do it for a living, is what you cartooned up. You go BEST TEAM WE’VE HAD SINCE BEFORE I CLAIM TO HAVE STARTED FOLLOWING THIS PROGRAM to a rung below what “everyone else” can be satisfied with. How about OWN your absolutist takes (fake as they are) and quit with the faux puppetmaster bs? You were a boring poster when you started and getting everyone to argue with you doesn’t change that. Nothing honest or REAL about you. Bipolar AI entity.No. I just capture your attention the most. In the lead up to the Ohio State game there were posters predicting a blowout victory for us. I did nothing of the sort. There are also posters now calling for the coaching staff to be replaced and for us to get a QB in the portal to replace Nico. I've done nothing of the sort.
So tell me how I'm bipolar? I'm probably one of the most calm posters on this site given the fact I didn't overreact all season to every other game. I made multiple threads during the season saying Nico was fine and not the disaster some were trying to paint him as. I was also one of the few people who didn't overreact to the Arkansas loss saying the season was lost and we would lose to Florida and Alabama.
All I've done to get called bipolar by you is to say we're not as close to being elite as I thought going into this season after the Ohio State loss. And that we need to recruit at a higher level if we want to compete for championships in the near future. If that's bipolar then so is practically everyone on this site cause there weren't many predicting we would get skull drug by Ohio State before the game.
I can send an email. Just say the word. You know what, for this post.
I'm farrin' him!
Fwiw, i'm on record saying that actually firing him would be disastrous, for 2025.
Getting him help on the trail would absolutely help: And honestly isn't too far a departure in today's game.
Also on record saying this year should be probationary in terms of where OL is and how it performs with 'his guys.'
That's because Elarbee is ass at recruiting. He's a turn off when the coaches are up to pitch.Like @KingVFL has stated, there seems to always be some drama around offensive line recruiting…
He’s garbage too along with Martinez Banks and Big Glenn. Secondary exposed vs UGA and OSU. It’ll be exposed again next year by UGA per usual plus add in another team with receiver talent and pass attack.
According to KingVFL he didn’t have an impact. It was mostly spyre and other coaches. Elarbee is garbage. Boring personality and doesn’t vibe with the kids. Throw in record amounts of penalties and Kirby smart stuffing him into a locker every year and you get your resultsSo, Elarbee had no hand in bringing in OL transfers?
No one says they can’t. I think everyone understands the program has areas to improve. That doesn’t mean the program is in shambles and everyone needs to be firedYep, and I sat outside in 25 degrees for 4 hours watching that garbage. Along with probably 35k other Vol fans. Fans want more. Why can’t Tennessee compete like Ohio state? Texas? Georgia? Oregon?
Some of y’all are wild. There is no EASY button. It’s hard to win, it’s REALLY hard to drag a program out of the dumpster. We are way ahead of where I thought we would be at this point. Do we have things we need to address/fix to take that last step to be elite? Yes. But we are getting there. It wasn’t something that could be completely fixed overnight.Yep, and I sat outside in 25 degrees for 4 hours watching that garbage. Along with probably 35k other Vol fans. Fans want more. Why can’t Tennessee compete like Ohio state? Texas? Georgia? Oregon?
Parker Ball is our on deck guy.Promote from within and who’d he play under? So Elarbee has failed to develop Warren Bennett or Jesse Perry or Brian Grant or any of the other high school players he's recruited the last couple of years to play RT. And apparently, he's not developed anyone who can play guard from his high school recruits either. So his one high school development success is Satterwhite? Not sure we can credit him with "development" success on Sanders if he's going to start immediately. Other than being Heupel's good friend, why is it Elarbee still has a job? At this point, make him an offensive analyst and hire a real OL coach. We need a guy that can actually coach players up.
