'25 Northwestern Transfer OL Josh Thompson (LSU)

He shouldn't. Guy hasnt produced. He's number three behind Elarbee and banks for me.
Some of y’all are wild. There is no EASY button. It’s hard to win, it’s REALLY hard to drag a program out of the dumpster. We are way ahead of where I thought we would be at this point. Do we have things we need to address/fix to take that last step to be elite? Yes. But we are getting there. It wasn’t something that could be completely fixed overnight.
Right on LaagerVol!

No. I just capture your attention the most. In the lead up to the Ohio State game there were posters predicting a blowout victory for us. I did nothing of the sort. There are also posters now calling for the coaching staff to be replaced and for us to get a QB in the portal to replace Nico. I've done nothing of the sort.

So tell me how I'm bipolar? I'm probably one of the most calm posters on this site given the fact I didn't overreact all season to every other game. I made multiple threads during the season saying Nico was fine and not the disaster some were trying to paint him as. I was also one of the few people who didn't overreact to the Arkansas loss saying the season was lost and we would lose to Florida and Alabama.

All I've done to get called bipolar by you is to say we're not as close to being elite as I thought going into this season after the Ohio State loss. And that we need to recruit at a higher level if we want to compete for championships in the near future. If that's bipolar then so is practically everyone on this site cause there weren't many predicting we would get skull drug by Ohio State before the game.
You said Arkansas would be an easy win. You said the UGA game was the game where we turn it all around and prove to the college football world we are the best. You said we would win out.

You said the 2016 team was the most talented TN team. You said Dobbs was one of the best QBs in TN history. Then you trashed him and the 2016 team saying they were garbage. You are the textbook definition of bipolar.

No blame for these things goes on our collective. It’s our fans/donors contributions to our collective.
Are you saying fans aren't giving enough? Speaking for the blue-collar donors that give what they can, and in some cases. maybe even a little more than they can, our big donors need to kick in more.

I read that as no blame goes on the fans/donors or the collective, but instead on the staff. could be misunderstanding.

No I’m just saying it’s not the collectives fault. The collective’s hands are tied by what people give them.

Our big donors give a lot.

So, if I understand correctly, you're saying our collective lacks the funds that other collectives have? Those collectives have better fan buy-in? If so, that's frustrating to hear.

Also, I'm not clowning on ALL of our big donors, but it's easier for them to give than it is for those of us who live on a shoestring budget as is.

Your first sentence encapsulates your VN story. 😏 ATTENTION is what you were lacking when you started posting and this fake draft expert/superior film watcher/and frustrated GM who is more qualified than the ones who do it for a living, is what you cartooned up. You go BEST TEAM WE’VE HAD SINCE BEFORE I CLAIM TO HAVE STARTED FOLLOWING THIS PROGRAM to a rung below what “everyone else” can be satisfied with. How about OWN your absolutist takes (fake as they are) and quit with the faux puppetmaster bs? You were a boring poster when you started and getting everyone to argue with you doesn’t change that. Nothing honest or REAL about you. Bipolar AI entity. 😴

Don't put words in my mouth cause you caught feelings. I said my posts get most of your attention. Not that I'm seeking attention. I've never posted something I don't believe in just to get attention. It just so happens yall are glued to everything I say more than other posters. Hence why yall think I'm the one freaking out about the Ohio State loss when I've been very restrained. If I was seeking attention as you claim wouldn't I be calling for Nico to be replaced or coaches to be fired like others? Instead all I've done is say we need to start recruiting better and that starts with opening up the check book.

Once again don't blame me cause yall love giving my posts so much attention.

FTR, I'm not about breaking the bank for this kid. IF Elarbee has done his job, we should be okay. Or, we could find another OL in the portal to target who is comparable to this kid. I just want a better understanding for when we target someone we really, really want. Are we truly offering fair market value? Or will there always be a school that can outspend us?
